@Combatglue and IOI - we deserve better! This is just a silly mistake, but you seem to make hundreds of these and many more which are a lot, lot worse.
I doubt you will read this or anything will change but please, put a bit more care into the community, the game, and your communication.

The batch is real, I find it funny that you would think otherwise. You are entitled to your own opinion for sure. The release date got pushed until when I am not sure.

I wish I had more of a concrete answer for you, but I am clueless about the date as well. iOi changed it and didnāt tell me when it was being released. Happy birthday to you in the meantime.

Why do you find it funny? Surely you realise that posting from a burner account is inherently less credible than using your regular alias, especially if you are a āknown creator in the communityā.
Yesterday, HITMANās social channels posted in celebration of International Womenās Day (albeit with a fake AI quoteā¦ sigh ). This would have been the perfect moment to announce a set of featured contracts to mark that exact event. Yet thereās still no official confirmation.
You might have your reasons for wanting to remain anonymous, but itās entirely logical for people to start questioning the veracity of your claims under these circumstances.

We had the āDeath Atmosphereā FCs come out a little over a week ago. To have a new batch of FCs come along so soonā¦ It seems like bad timing or a lack of planning.

I feel I should share this private message I had from Samir. While planning my batch I brought up the IWD submissions, and he didnāt say it was not real or anything of the sort.
This isnāt confirmation necessarily, but I think it should alleviate some concerns for now.
I believe this is likely another internal mixup like Quartzās Christmas batch releasing early.
Perhaps @Marchouette can help look into this too?

And to @Happy_Squirrel my alias was created to protect me from negativity and disrespect.
If I offended anyone because having an alias makes me seem untrustworthy or suspicious I apologize that is not the case.
The alias was created just for protection and a piece of mind and also to keep the focus off of me and on the creators I picked.

But maybe thatās not the intended meaning? Can I ask, what is the context in which you brought up IWD in your initial message?

Definitely agree here, there are perfectly logical reasons for wanting to remain anonymous. In my opinion it doesnāt really work well when combined with total radio silence from people who Iād consider actually reliable sources on game live content, though, which is why I suspect(ed) the batch isnāt real

Sorry I can see how that might be confusing. To give context, he was saying it was more niche as in less people were able to submit to it (being only for female creators). I had asked when to post my submission topic, if he had any concerns about them being up at the same time as I didnāt want to like take attention away from that thread.

Hey everyone! Iāve messaged Combatglue about multiple things and got a detailed response. Iāll share the summary of three relevant things here:
IWD contracts:
āRegarding the IWD featured contracts batch, I previously communicated to the creator responsible that the release would happen later in March, and its on our side not theirsā¦
Unfortunately, the submissions came in slightly too late, and our internal schedule had already moved forward with the āDeath Atmosphereā batch. The delay and the communication breakdown are entirely on us, and Iām truly sorry for any confusion or disappointment.
We will still highlight and celebrate the batch, just later this month.ā
The IWD quote:
āAs for the quote you mentioned, it seems there was an internal misunderstanding that led to this mistake, and it wasnāt properly double-checked. Weāve noted this internally.ā
