I’m working on Maelstrom. He meets with this woman and it looks like a worker of her is late.
I want to disguise as a tea vendor, maybe I can subdue the late guy.
Is there any info on this woman or her worker vihaan?
You can kill the Maelstrom by poisoning his tea at one of the stands near her. If you disguise as a vendor and blend in behind the stand she will come over and speak to you, I think 47 just says he’s new. I don’t know if you can find Vihaan anywhere on the map for his disguise, but I do think there’s one vendor that hangs out in his apartment somewhere in the slums, could be him.
