What happens if i buy a legendary tool from a supplier while the same but common one is in my safehouse ? Do the legendary one replace the common one or is it lost when i leave the mission ?
Since the legendary tool is proposed to me i imagine the rarest one is automaticaly kept. However, having a rare Kalmer, I bought a legendary one and when I returned from the mission it was gone and the rare one was still there… but maybe it’s a bug or something.

You keep both. Anything you have at the safehouse stays at the safehouse unless you prestige or fail a campaign (tools only). Buying a legendary item when you have a regular item means you have both a legendary and regular item.

I have a rare Kalmer in my safehouse comfortably sitting in the tool box.
On a mission I bought a legendary Kalmer and when I came back it disappeared from my inventory. It is not in the tool bo, so where where can i find it ?
The collectors items are on the weapon wall not the toolbox with others iirc

There is no Legendary Kalmer, They’re Epic.
There are 4 items that exist both as Freelancer Tools and as permanent weapon wall collectibles:
The ones that go on the weapon wall all have “Collector’s” in the name. Everything on your weapon wall persists across campaign failures. The only way to lose a weapon-wall item is to leave it in a level (whether by dropping it or dying) or by prestiging.
