If I remember correctly, in the pre-release alpha or beta the ICA facility was named Latitude XXXXX (I don’t remember the coordinates)
The latitude can be found in the Hitman: Season One artbook as well.

Oh man, I remember that picture! Travis confirmed it was also supposed to be Greenland. I wish we had that latitude, though…

Alpha game files say it’s in Greenland, there is also an old worldmap showing some random locations and there was “Training Facility” under “Siberia” but I think it was just a showcase
