It was good they went for the most simple food contract (while yours was not random and played out good). Because there is no limit on how complicated you can make these.
I made a contract that also enforces headshots only. So you had to use the weakest pistol. But it gets more complicated as it is the guy in front of the NY vault and there is no place to shoot from that is not in lethal range. So additionally you have to position him better, maybe even open the vault just for that.
I could have easily made it more hard with enforcing the robber outfit and !KO. These are really unfriendly towards most players.
