Cross-Progression is coming to HITMAN WOA February 3rd

A new tile!!
This one takes you to the IOI account setting.
I accidentally said that there would only be 2 left after the carry over thing went, forgetting a new tile would replace it!

Funnily enough if you want the most DLC Complete Hitman experience. The Nintendo Switch 2 version is the one that has the most DLC packs with the exception of The Disruptor.

Cross progression now works, thankfully, although quite a few trophies seem bugged in addition to the ones they mention. Had some not unlocking that I knew I had fulfilled on switch, and then they randomly retriggered in weird ways. Like the upstairs downstairs one I had to stand on the roof and then it triggered.

Well, at least it’s working. Although it has been months since I last played and all this hassle - as well as having all my previously bought DLC unavailable (even though I can’t play the switch version anymore since that still crashes all the time) has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth and I can’t seem to enjoy it anymore. :frowning:

Last night I tried seeing what Cross Progression gave me on Steam, from my PS5 profile.

I got the old Episode: Sapienza edition when they made it free and delisted it, so IDK if that has something to do with what I’ve found I could access in my inventory.

  • Seems my inventory has all the mission mastery items, even if I don’t ā€œownā€ them on Steam.
  • It even has some bonus challenge unlocks like the Durian from Ambrose
  • I don’t think I have all of them, but I noticed a few purple-streak Twitch items. I’ll have to double check.
  • I have all the free Celebrity ET suits from playing them.
  • I have all the current free Freelancer Mastery suits I’ve unlocked so far (level 80 something, plus Bruiser suit)
  • In some weird bug?, the game also lets me access all the items/suits from the 7 Deadly Sins and Deluxe Pack DLCs, even though I don’t own them on Steam. Yay me?
  • Other DLC items like the Trinity Weapons or Paid Celeb items aren’t. I’m guessing because the Sins/Deluxe items were tied to challenges, it considers it ā€œprogressā€ able to be transferred rather than content licences!
  • The game auto-popped every single Achievement on Steam when I booted up the main menu, as that progress surprisingly transfered over. Neat, I 100%'d a game on Steam without trying! :squinting_face_with_tongue:

The Seven deadly sin stuff is given by challenges for starting or completing lv 1 or something like that so I guess that is why you still got them!

You should have all of them, as they are tied to your IOI account, not to any progress in-game.

It’s not a bug, anything tied to Challenges or Mastery is kept regardless of DLC ownership.
