I am getting caught up after being away for a month. I was having difficulty with this challenge as well. However, once I found a spot were I could take photos without interrupting (beside the bushes by the railing, standing on the guard side of the couple in the open), I restarted the mission, took the photo without interrupting the couple, and the challenge popped right away.
I think the key is that you do not interrupt the couple and successfully take a photo for the challenge to pop.

I did first two escalations and i will repeat myself, but there is definitely an Agatha Raisin feel to this garden show. There is something absolutely hilarious about killing the judges randomly.
Iām still processing the level but it looks beautiful.

Too bad those puddles canāt be used for electrocutions. There isnāt really a lot of water (to kill someone) for a garden eventā¦

I believe those small puddles can electrocute, itās just not activated/bug

Yeah, plenty of tiny puddles that are littered around H2 and H3 are able to electrocute someone. I guess some donāt work either due to oversight or bugs.

Good news: the latest patch dropped the ladder shortcut in the Garden Show!
Bad news: there is no prompt to climb the ladderā¦
Even in the Sniper Contract @Kevin_Rudd made, the prompt isnāt there.
