Hi. I have bought the delux pack but have no access to the suits or guns. Help !
You unlock them by completing the escalations. There’s a new escalation for every Hitman 3 location.

If you possibly talking about suits and guns from Trinity Pack, it was exclusively preorder bonus, and it is unavailable for obtaining/retail purchase.
If you’re talking about some additional suits that available for Deluxe owners, as been said above you need to play the game so to unlock them by completing challenges tied to Deluxe Escalation Contracts.
There are also a few suits which available though Seven Deadly Sins DLC.
To get them you need to buy this DLC and play though it to unlock the suits and some items
