Crazy how some of these have so few NPCs, eg. Chasing a Ghost feels like it has so many, but they are all just crowd NPCs. A testament to good design ig.
Situs Inversus also feels like it has quite a few, too.

Crowd NPCs are not included in the count. Theyâre not real NPCs, they cannot be marked in contracts mode.

All I know for sure is there are âextra enforcersâ. If they actually add NPCs or just give some existing ones the white dot I donât know⌠
