Chen, yes. Briefcase in the gallery and drowned in the toilet. For Duric I just threw the propane tank where he takes his phone call and shot the tank with a pistol. I was pretty sure that at least one of the guards would have been taken out too but Duric was the only casualty. Ran back to street level while everyone was confused and walked to the exit.

yep，I killed Stowaway Jimmy Chen and gunrunner Vito Duric，For Chen，I used Sieker shot his body，and drown him in toilet ，exit to helicopter，For Vito，I started from the underground parking and used a flashing phone to attract and calm a soldier. After changing into a disguise, I shot Vito at him and then vomited the first soldier across from the trash can. Then, I used a lethal poison syringe to killed him
I really like the idea of using muffin to slow NPCs down.

Here is my take on the target without using emetic/sieker/lockdown and speedrunning tactic that most people cannot do. SASO NOKO and can be done within 1:30 min if I do not take leisure to watch the target die in accident nearby.

Threw explosive 
Timed it to where the guard in hallway was walking back. Hid in locker.
Waited for Target to come out of lockdown. Knowing he’d straggle a bit I exited the locker, just in time for the guard to be at my back. Followed the target and waited till he got through the door, closed the door, then lethal 
.
SASONKO. Exited level 4:02 or something.

Started in the basement with the target, threw the oil canister at his feet, shot it and hauled ass to an exit.
It was all over SA/SO in less than an minute.

The rent is too damn high.
Already did him no loadout with an accident, so this time I used Axwage’s strat for a clean fiber wire kill. Always thought this ET was way too stationary and lame, but at least he doesn’t have those bodyguards glued to his ass.
Took a little jog at the end because the unhidden body actually gets discovered around the 6-minute mark - probably by that grunt who forgor his keycard. I could’ve made it out just walking during dry runs, but decided against fucking around on a live one - I’ve had enough unlucky fails lately.

Got him. Nothing fancy, although I made it more complicated than it perhaps needed to be to avoid KOs. Using coins and dropped weapons as lures, I snuck into the school, changed into the soldier disguise found in one of the rooms here, then infiltrated the consulate, and with the remote emetic device and the briefcase in the embassy, made the target go puke in a trashcan, then lured him inside the room that leads up to the embassy ground floor and shot him in the head. Dragged his body up two flights of stairs when no one was looking and dumped him in the upstairs storage room, killed the security system, grabbed the car key, made my way back to the school to get my clothes back, repeated lure techniques until I made my way back to the consulate garage and exited in the car.

Lured him with coins behind the tank, propane, BOOM, out of there. Almost got caught during the panic after the explosion, but made it out. Rare SASONKO for me in under 5 minutes.
