I’d rather remove throwing KOs, because they’re goofy as hell, and make the dart pistol the only way to pacify people from a distance. Maybe even add BM-style air rifle, that would shoot tranq and lethal darts long range, but still void SA if the body’s found.
That said, I know that would piss everyone off except me and won’t happen anyway, so your way is more realistic.
SA/”SO”(I took the captive disguise during a lapse of judgement), climbed from the cleaning room into the tournament, gave the antidote while drowning Zen with a coin distraction on the stairs + emetic syringe, threw Roland off the balcony and… the game softlocked (the round was perma-stuck) so instead of paralyzing Xiao and letting Lee finish the job I dropped a chandelier on her while boxing and climbed into his room from the stairs (where the guard drinks) and visited Wu myself
The softlock was a massive bummer, especially since this ET came out weeks ago and a big softlock like this is still an issue and I was getting into the zone setting and taking out the targets in quick succession.
It’s still a great ET (on which I need to experiment on some things such as if you can shoot the 5th faucet or I just was unlucky) but the softlocks need to be fixed as soon as possible, especially since it’s a celebrity target (with a time-limted dlc which is a thing I heavily dislike).
Edit: This would’ve been a NKO as well if the tournament worked as intended since I only knocked down the captive (while having no reason to) and the main target’s bodyguard… Now I need to figure out a quick way to DQ Zen with the default loadout to remove the emetic as well.
New update apparently fixes 30+ issues and resets the elusive target. Hooray! Hopefully it doesn’t autofail me anymore…
After yesterday’s update, I played through this mission once more.
The increased intel after Lee was poisoned made it much easier to determine subsequent actions, significantly improving the playability.
Additionally, I was pleased to see my suggestion—that “camera scans reveal hints for the boat’s code”—had been implemented.
It’s a shame this excellent mission is only available for a limited time.
Resets the ET? Hell yeah, don’t need to wait a year for the fiber wire run!

Had an interesting ending in the Arcade: I stopped Zen from poisoning Lee before the final match by bumping him until the match started. After the match and Lee killing Wu, Zen came back down and finished the conversation, poisoning Lee even though everything was already over. 
I decided to wait for a new patch with all the issues with this Elusive Target. I had no problems playing it today & i was surprised @ how easy this ET was featuring Bruce Lee. I decided to kill all 3 (Roland Chau, Xiang Weisheng & Xiao Hu) out of the 4 targets really early on & none of them fight in the tournament. Bruce Lee never once gets poisoned & no antidote is required. Once Bruce Lee wins the Tournament, i let him face Jiaolong Wu 1v1 to complete this Elusive Target with Suit Only/Silent Assassin/No Loadout/No KO/No Distractions/No Suspicions Raised/No Poisons/No Emetics used. All in 37 minutes. A fantastic ET feat Bruce Lee that has many ways you can complete it with ease.

I’d assumed they’re just a component of the whole - the guy is “The Dragon” and has tattoo’d and styled his facial hair to resemble a classical Chinese dragon depiction.

It still stuns me that in spite of all the technology we’ve developed, you can misspell “poisoned” in an infographic that you’re presenting to the public.
TBH I have a really hard time seeing the tattoo on his forehead as anything but a snake with its tongue out 
POV: you’ve just broken a guy’s nose and snapped his neck (he teleports behind you. nothing personnel)

Pro tip: don’t start a fight when the competitors aren’t there, or you’ll softlock yourself (I can’t leave)
More bugs - killing Xiao Hu with the weights doesn’t count as killing her, and everyone is staring at her body. I wonder how many people I can get over here.
