I just explored the whole map and… yeah I was right, it’s like 7 Deadly Sins on steroids (Although still better). I don’t see anything of this I’d salvage for Freelancer Variations ![]()
Honestly.
I’m down for it. I like 7DS being part of Hitman package.
It’s fun to have one wacky option on the side.
Especially if contrary to 7DS, it’s open loadout, and not suit only/disguise restricted.
Those killed replayability and fun factor for 7DS.
(give me an unlockable open loadout in the Wrath Termination or Carpathian IOI)
Spoiler: This ET kinda sucks. If you don’t embrace the mission story/gimmick it has - meh.
Btw the pack is good but a little disappointing because i thought that there was a REAL prank pistol and a REAL chainsaw but they are just a normal pistol and another explosive device (stop pls, we have a million of them).

I can’t even give IOI money without them something screwing up. What the hell is “Hitman 3 Fake Item”? (clicking “view product” brings me to the regular WOA page.")
I finished my first playthrough of the mission. It’s basically what you would expect from a Slim Shady target, edgy and cringey. Eminem is a very uninteresting voice actor, with incredibly wooden line deliveries. I also think they had the Slim Shady dialogue put through a filter to make him sound younger? It doesn’t sound very good. The mirror travel / alternate dimension stuff is cool at least. Honestly the most milquetoast and predictable mission from the recent CelebETs. Once again though (and perhaps even moreso), the effort put into these missions is ill fitting for the elusive target format.
There’s another post-mission cutscene where Slim Shady gets revived similar to the Disruptor, although this one isn’t as bad considering this is a dream and actually has some sort of meaning.
Haven’t bought the DLC pack, but hopefully they did the bare minimum and added some Eminem tracks to the Safehouse speakers.
they uh did not only a stage table pharmacy bed and weird chainsaw thing where the parasols are
Oh damned.
Portal to Whittleton Creek-like house in mirrors
Useable as shortcuts all around the map
What in Remedy Entertainment have they done.
It’s the Control Motel all over again.
Immediate impression: confusing in a good way.
Edit: as I discovered, partially because I have mission stories disabled. It’s easier to path through with them on.
Terrible for being an Elusive mission.
Ninja Suit in place of Smith in the Morgue.
You discover it’s Smith if you put it on. Fortunately “it’s all just a dream”.
I appreciate the curation of the design.
Prompt Distraction at the right places to attract the right NPC.
(the golf club in the room just next to the vacuum cleaner to attract the doctor is a fun touch)
It hints, is straightforward enough for new players, and it just opens opportunity naturally.
It makes a great playground.
I like the red in the Hospital Corridor.
It’s great colour theory. ![]()
I might be easy to please, but i really enjoyed it.
Loved the dynamic they introduced, and glad i went in blind.
It’s a shame that the houdini performance is fragmentary and right when you start you can turn left into the restaurant and find immediately the target to kill, maybe some secondary objectives, even optional, could have made this mission longer and more entertaining
There is an easter egg when you complete ET quickly. SPEEDRUN

Considering licenced music in videogames often leads to very messy situations where it eventually gets removed (GTA San Andreas, Alan Wake and so on) I’m kinda glad they didn’t (and that’s coming from someone who listened to Lose Yourself on loop during the 2000s).
Blud they already speedrunned it

I’m getting some downright terrible frame drops on PS5, especially when Slim Shady is on the TV screens in the zen garden. This is the worst I’ve ever seen the game run.
I appreciate the extent that the map was changed for this ET, it seems the most substantial in terms of changes, but once again it’s one that shouldn’t have been an ET
First play was the Sandwich in the kitchen accessed with loadout keycard hacker, poisoned with a load-out Poison Vial.
SANKO even, since the shower NPC and his placed disguise is a chef here.
In my defence, I wanted to test a quick opportunity to see if there was a twist. There is not.
Eminem was unimpressed “no fun”. And asked if I “ever heard of a speedrun”.
Diana agreed “Anti climatic”, it’s funny. “But Player does what Player does. Impressive though.” (nice one IOI, because it’s true in HItman)
To note as a positive, one amongst many since it looks fun and playful: Shady has a long routine, but he will jump at the opportunity/scene you are working on when you grab key items / work on key interaction.
I think.
The mission begs to be replayed.
Again, terrible for an ET.
Though I appreciate that it means playing the actual ET will be stress free.
I think I actually like that it’s straightforward. One target. No twist.
But promising to be played around.
Should have been a non-exclusive mission with challenges to hint and encourage.
And incentivise. IOI pavloved us, for better and worst.
Found a few things to explore already. The basement key. The question of where the keycard natively are, the opportunities in the operating theater. The mirror themselves. Speedrunning it, 4 minutes is not enough.
And i feel that what I played was not the true ending.
I also like that from the start the main complication of the Arcade Level 2, the gameplay shaping and time consuming one, is optional from the get go.
Just realised that the Patient Gown is an option in the themed suits when playing the arcade and ET.
Unless it’s supposed to be the default one, and it bugged on me at first play.
It seems to be a semi-hidden option.
(it’s only for this mission)
I wonder if there are any interaction if you select it.
Maybe even an hidden unlock if SASO with it?
EDIT: it seems not.
2ND EDIT: from the CohhCarnage sponsored stream, it seems that the patient gown is indeed just supposed to be the default suit. Nothing else to add to it.
Hokkaido’s been bugged for ages and will always select whatever suit you used last for Situs Invertus or Patient Zero as default for all variants of the level, which probably now includes this ET. I think that’s an unfortunate consequence of being able to select a suit for PZ ![]()
Watching some stream and giving the nature of the mission it happens in some parallel reality or not real at all, can’t actually figure it out.
Can anyone fill me in?
Will play it myself sometime later as I tend to do with new Elusive Targers, not playing them straight away
