I spend 5 minutes listening to dialogue and haven’t even reached Gregory yet. There’s a guy talking about how he had to buy a paperweight and some other stuff before being allowed in a room with a pair of shoes he wanted. Reminded me of people who buy expensive watches.
Seriously IOI just make this a special assignment so I can make contracts on it. Bruce Lee too. You did all the work already and after a month nobody is going to be playing it? The studio isn’t big enough to be making one-time content, but maybe I would pay for the permanent unlock if it was a proper mission, with challenges added and contracts enabled? Hmmm?
Back in the day I bought Patient Zero in Hitman 1 and preordered Hitman 2 deluxe because it was new permanent content that I still go back to sometimes… just saying.
Hmm. You make a good point. Only thing I can think of to make it all fit was if her bio doesn’t mean de Waal is her direct predecessor, but the only one worth being mentioned.
I think de Waal is one of the those names that is thrown around like The Censor or Aleksander Kovak, in case IO wants to create a mission featuring them as a target. And for now, it’s just kept vague how they died
After playing through it once, This really should NOT have been an ET. Like holy crap, I want to spend time with this, and fully explore and find all the little secrets.
This is WASTED as an ET. I would even be willing to pay $10 for this to be a Special Assignment or something. Damn.
Do IOI Account Rewards work retroactively? Meaning if you link up the account now, you also get all previous rewards in that category?
I get the “this should not be an ET” (though a little less the impolite all caps, bold, repetitive and frankly entitled shouting trend pertaining this issue) remarks but honestly the Arcade provides plenty of replay value until the servers go down.
Really like this one. I’m glad they didn’t put any Zombies or stuff like that in there, since that just wouldn’t fit Hitman (Eminems Dream World was bad enough).
Only “complaint” I have is, that the map seems kind of underutilized. Aside from the gathering on the ground floor there isn’t much going on here. But it is one of the better ETs for sure. And after just recently spending about 6 hours killing hundreds of infected people in Hokkaido SA/SO I will have a lot of fun with this one in the future.
Welp, it’s the first ET I’ve failed, since the gas somehow killed me before I even had time to escape the lab. Got about halfway to the exit and suddenly dropped dead. Absolute bull.
It’s a cool mission premise, but an absolutely horrid ET. Far too complex, with too many unintuitive or unfair mechanics to account for on top of the usual restrictions. ETs are supposed to be simple and predictable to counter the fact they are risky endeavours. Plus, in my experience, all these new mechanics that keep cropping up in the celeb ETs have generally been buggy or unreliable, which only adds to the frustration.
I’ve been playing around with the mission in Arcade, and to be honest, I just can’t be bothered with this one. Make it a regular mission, please! There’s some good stuff here, but no freedom to experiment or even to just account for things not working properly.

Once you start the conversation with Gregory, Lilith will introduce herself to Agent 47 & you can head upstairs to the bathroom located next to the room where Gregory & Lilith will have a private conversation. There is a Security Guard located outside on the balcony looking directly into the room. Avoid entering this room completely & wait in the bathroom for both Gregory & Lilith to exit the room. Gregory Will head on with his personal Bodyguard first once he exits, Lilith will then stop outside the room talking to her two Personal Bodyguards, as soon as she finishes talking to both of them, kill her straight away with the Barber Razor & immediately drag her body into the bathroom before you are spotted! Both Guards will turn around once they head down the corridor! This is Agent 47’s short window of opportunity to drag the body undetected into cover! I drag it to the left side of the bathroom when entering, so the two Guards don’t spot her body being dragged, the door will automatically close & you can hide the body just in time if you do this with correct timing!
Super easy method & another way to kill Lilith on her own even with all the Security upstairs when timed to perfection Agent 47 Out…
Just played it and it’s really good. Maybe one of the best ETs we’ve had! Noticed a game breaking bug though, if you follow the target into the elevator, she will go through the wall and freeze outside. I think a lot of players will try for this, so I hope IO will account for this.
I agree with the general sentiment that it’s too complex for an ET though. But my feeling is that IO are gonna stick to their guns with this one, stupid or not. A compromise would be to still make a free ET, but the paid content is a special assignment with saves and everything. Not an arcade.
Doesn’t really make sense to play steadfast on the ET-concept, since you already watered it down so much (to 12 hours on the arcade, restarts before target kill, etc). We have Freelancer to really challenge us and stop save scumming, it is time to reconsider this.
Here’s the thing, I’m not even against elusive targets, just the ones that are way too complex and do not fit the format. This is why so many people have a hatred for the Fixer; it’s too long-winded, too complex fior its own good, and forces a very specific playstyle that people don’t like in a limited time mode, on top of punishing creative methods. I don’t want Uber-hard ET’s, I just want ET’s that work best as little side-missions on top of already existing levels, which the more recent CelebrET’s are obviously violating.
With the effort put in, this feels like a main mission stuffed into a temporary one, and it does not work, it feels so jarring. And the gameplay is linear on top of that as it expects you to play a certain way unless you use durian/ other emetics, which isn’t exactly a good sign of level balance.
I get they want you to have to pay for the DLC to get the arcade pack, but I don’t understand why they don’t just add it to like a ‘Celebrities’ section of Special Assignments or something. Just the fact that it’s an Elusive Target Arcade makes me less interested in playing it lol, idk why
