Interesting to see that Steve goes to a different spot to throw up, he used to go out a different door to the food vendors when I was making it. At least that makes using emetics a bit harder, as it’s never my intention when making a contract to force siekers and I try out several strats to be sure.

Where do you send contracts to IOI
There will be a submissions thread posted each month/season by Clemens. It is open for a limited time with a deadline stated, and usually is around a week for submitting.
I anticipate this season’s thread will be posted next Monday.

Also, it seems these threads show up 10 days up before the date the batch gets released. That would be in 5 days. But in two cases this year it was also 14 and 17 days instead, so it could be any time now.

I’m looking forward to it. After missing the past few due to family obligations, vacations, and life in general, I have my submission ready. Fortunately, my play test uncovered an error on my part, and I was able to correct prior to the submission post.

Same. By the looks of it, keep an eye out on Monday November 15, 2021. That would most likely be the date for the Wrath Featured Contracts Submissions. I have posted both of my contracts for Wrath FC Submissions on this thread. Feel free to give these a go if you’re on Xbox. The bonus challenges that I added to these two contracts will not be part of the submission when that thread pops up.
It’s been a while since I made a Contract, so I found a neat ‘trick’ in Santa Fortuna and just had to make a Contract around it.
I know that Insta Fail Conditions aren’t very popular, so this one was necessary, since the Goal is to kill the Targets with Accidents, which can also be done by knocking them out and throwing them off some ledge, which I don’t want.

Briefing
Good morning, 47. I hope your break after the hit in the Maldives went well. While investigating more of Mathers’ backstory, we have discovered an emerging threat that was in the background during our time spent with Mathers. A group that calls themselves CASCADE. Interesting.
Your main target is Akira Nakamura, the hospital director at the GAMA facility and ex-Providence operative. A man who has built himself from the ground, Nakamura has been involved in Japanese party politics for quite sometime. He has made many offshore donations to this CASCADE, and in return, his political stature seems to be fortified. Articles against Nakamura’s campaigning are quickly taken down and seemingly gone from the face of the Internet. Akira Nakamura plans on running for President, and he seems to be going to the extreme to get what she wants.
Your second target is Satoyo Takano, who Intel calls herself a “Child of Grace.” We’ll investigate this saying later. Takano was fostered from home to home, before being able to move out of her foster father’s house at fifteen. She seems to be under Nakamura’s wing, who kept her fed and safe for her life. Now, she plans on being a political martyr, meeting with President Shinzo to poison both of their teas. The media does not see the affiliation whatsoever between her and Nakamura, and this could be fatal to other competitors in Nakamura’s way. This may not happen.
The client, a tabloid journalist under the name Raven, also requests you recover a list of CASCADE operatives that may assist us in discovering more about this organization. Note that both Nakamura and Takano will not have this on them, so you must find it on the ground. We have notes that there is increased security presence at one of the hotel rooms, resided by Tokyo lawyer Yuki Yamazaki. This may prove useful in recovering the operatives.
Worried for the safety of both himself and Yamazaki, Nakamura has increased the guard presence across the facility. He plans on meeting with Yuki Yamazaki over a patient that recently landed in Hokkaido, so he will be moving around the hotel. Takano will be somewhere around the hotel area, as well, but she will be more dormant, spending the last few days of her life in luxury.
An up-and-coming political figure and his devoted martyr, make sure this October Surprise is spoiled.

I know, but the whole idea of it is to avoid being able to knock someone out, because if that works 3 of the 4 Targets are way to easy. The only thing I could do for the Future could be to turn any Accident into the Accident I used.
