I know that I had trouble voting for certain categories because I don’t have enough knowledge of them to intelligently offer an opinion on who is the best. They are the “Hitman Forum Awards” though and not just the “Hitman Awards”.
Back to the point of this particular thread though, the Flour Power contract is clearly still playable and “winnable”, so IOI could just leave it as is.
On the other hand, it cannot be played in the spirit that it was originally intended to be played, so they could remove it. Up to them.
