Do you know how to complete the “Ave Maria” challenge?

I haven’t played itnuet, but it’s probably listen to ave maria in your safe house

Tip for the final showdown of a campaign: you cant box knocked out targets.

Allows for some easy cheese :stuck_out_tongue:

  1. Ko a suspect near a box, if you can’t box him it’s the Leader, and you kill him.
  2. If you can box him it’s not the leader, but will drop a burner phone.
  3. Use the phone and other suspects will come over.
    Repeat

Those phones to set up a meeting are very good in that regard.

Some targets have phones too

It doesn’t really work like that AFAIK. Like my first campaign randomly had Paris in alert state despite me not failing any previous mission. And in the one I’m in right now, I got killed during one mission, but upon getting back to the campaign screen nothing was on alert. I don’t understand how this is supposed to work :x

Yeah TBH I feel that losing all your tools for failing a campaign is a bit too harsh, especially considering how long it would take to get them all back. Losing the equipped items and some money is fine though, there has to be a penalty somehow.

I actually like them a lot, as a “random contract generator” is pretty interesting if you try to follow all the objectives. In fact I’d love to see a way to customize campaign length an settings, like doing a short 4-contracts campaign with only regular / suspect targets, on the same map each time, for example.

Making it so that none of the suspects can be boxed, so that you can’t use that to identify them should probably be a good idea then, but I don’t know if it’s possible to do that without affecting how the game handles targets.

On a side note, some of the extra complications are pretty fun. “Hide and seek” (you have a limited time to complete the contract, but the timer reset each time you hide in a closet / chest) in particular is hilarious

God I hope some of the figures in the challenges won’t be there in the real game. There is a challenge for killing 10,000 syndicate members ffs…

Premium Art, so either we’re getting Safehouse customization dlc, or this is for people with the deluxe edition?

Got my first campaign and that’s everything I’ve collected. Did not use a single item for being afraid to lose it

3 spots for phones. One in explosives, two in tools.
You all know what it means :
Electrocution Phone is back on the menu!
(Maybe, it’s still speculation on my part)

You can ignore this. The slot is for the EMP.

Also : all three antique syringes!

Cool Blending option. Something is a bit off though. Can’t quite put my finger on it.

I wouldn’t be surprised now, and due to how freeelancer works it’s actually decently balanced. Sure it’s still a pretty easy kill for targets all by themselves, but you do only have one use of it before you need to find it all over again to restock it

Would be awesome! Maybe that’s a Beta trap, but right now they are labeled:

  1. ICA Explosive Phone

  2. Remote EMP Charge

  3. ICA Flash Phone

:frowning:

The art is all pretty funny too, those that aren’t references to classic moments and in-jokes within the franchise are funny quips. Everything I’ve seen has gotten me much more excited for when it releases in January.

It’s also less problematic in a mode with no leaderboards (so far) and less focus on SA rating.

So far I really, really like the mode. I’m impressed with the scope. This could get addictive! H3 is really on route to becoming the most substantial package of the trilogy. As a fan, I’m just thankful.

At this point, I would say they should tinker a bit with the difficulty and reward-system. I basically think you should get payed more items, Merces, Mastery and so fourth per contract. Get that dopamine spike to keep me in the loop. I understand that balance is important of course, you don’t wanna run through all the items too fast. But it’s a little dry atm.

Maybe a laptop with select weapons for purchase in the safehouse as well? Going to the dealers can be a bit of a chore.

The other thing is that I wish they would change the aestetics a bit more on the maps. Night/day variation and some music-changes etc. Just because some of the maps are running on almost 7 years, and they’re getting a bit… tedius. Even if the mode is good.

Still, this is free, so I won’t complain or expect all that work for nothing. I’m just a very happy fan!

No, I really enjoy these, because they’re more straight forward assassinations, where you actually know your targets.

Two observations from me.

There is an ICA Impact Explosive.

And if Dartmoor is an “alerted” territory, then there are cameras and even security boxes.

Darmoor was the first level I had a mission in and wasn’t “alerted” and there were cameras. Which was surprising. But made sense.
