Managed to kill myself in the safehouse and it just got stuck in a death animation loop, guess iām thankful though, would have lost stuff

I think there is a bug? You can climb the safehouse from the outside and there you can access the bathroom and from it the bedroom. I donāt think itās supposed to be like that, and itās also a bit ābuggedā if you do so, since the mirror in the bathroom is not working. Normally the access to the bedroom and bathroom requires level 30 something.
Shall I report that in the bug thread?

I thought it was pointing out a clue for the safe, but noā¦
Over there youāll find a magnifying glass icon, and you can scan one of the serversā¦
Nothing happens as far as I can tell, but Iāve never seen that before.
Weāve got to make a thread for some of this stuff, keep track of them if they ever lead into anythingā¦ (Iām sure there must be some discussion already happening in the leaks section)

Maybe a weird question but do NPCs have harder heads in the later stages?? 
Iāve been getting a lot of non-fatal headshots today, I think more than Iāve ever seen playing this game in total.

Okay new bug on Hardcore.
You have to do the Prestige Objective.
You can choose the Safe Breaking - Explosive Challenge but end up on a mission with no safe. The game shouldnāt allow you to be in this predicament.

Can the Lookouts see through blending?
Not in my experience. But they are really buggy when you do stuff in bushes and sometimes see through.

Honestly from what Iāve heard of Hardcore Mode, I really donāt see why they need to make Prestige Objectives mandatory. Maybe make one of the basic ones mandatory at random, but wow, if you pick a SA challenge, forget dying ā if you look at someone the wrong way thatās an entire campaign fail.
All alerted territories, taking all your merces, I think thatās hard and punishment enoughā¦

Yeah Iām avoiding all SA challenges as much as I can aha. Iām at 900,000 merces. Imagine if I fail

Couldnāt you just check on the world map whether mission has a safe before picking it and the PO at the same time?

My second showdown turned into a shit show because one of the suspects chose to come downstairs at a very inopportune time, however, I had up to that moment successfully determined 4 other suspects were not the leader and marked them as such. I know it was a successful determination, because I shot and killed the suspect coming down the stairs to keep them from escaping, and the last remaining suspect was escaping and I threw a fragmentation grenade at them (objective completed) and they were the target. If Iād been more careful and not been spotted, thereās a good chance that I would have picked correctly between the last two. Thank you, those who gave me helpful input on that earlier.

Yes you can, I managed to check just in case. But the game shouldnāt give you an impossible challenge.
Thatās goes without saying, I never accepted the mission but it allowed me the option to leave from the safe house.
I didnāt want to test it and spawn into a instant mission fail and lose 450k lol
I did the same but on the final showdown. Gutted.
I noticed a plate of apples that you could poison in Miami at the food tent at the research centre side that Iām pretty sure isnāt there in the main map. Didnāt see anyone eating from it though so not sure how it works.

Meanwhile I noticed a few pizza slices outside the club in Berlin that also seem to be a new thing. One of the suspects who was a foodie ate from one of them if I remember correctly.
Scannable items with magnifying glass are for the āquestā system that IO seems not to have talked about at all and seems to be incomplete. There was one for a phone in Dubai in CTT files
