Try the Gym area and check to see if you’ve checked all the new decorations for where the punching bag is. I missed that the other day and there was the 6 seater that I missed.
Yeah, this is a really good idea to be fair. I’m glad with this recent update, we got the Chinese New Year & Xmas decorations themed for both the living room and outside, it was a nice change! 
Like you say, hopefully we can get some decorations for other areas like the garage, new balcony seat/items etc.
Nah, I definitely remember a post from him when he was asked for an update and he said something to the effect of “they are part of the plans [to release] this year”.

As I’m in the hallway between guard and waiter by bathroom, my target magically teleports to the second floor, and starts walking towards the other side going through everything like a ghost, I’m at that big exit door on first floor near SATO / staircase. I see the target walking in the sky towards the sun. I use my goldballer and defeat my showdown
2nd bug, after defeating my main suspect in herald home I saw one of the other 8 walk across the lake to the point where I can’t see him anymore.
No, but I have had a bug in Whittleton Creek where the Leader walked out the 2nd floor window of Cassidy’s house and just kept walking through the air. Had to shoot them in the leg to make them fall, but it counted as an accident kill. 
Ok, mystery solved: this is what it was. For me, the icon near the punching back for redecorating did not show as a star, indicating there was a new decoration to check out. Went and did it, and indeed, the punching bag turns into a theater seat (3 seater though, not 6), and I reloaded Freelancer after and Diana didn’t say anything, so this is where the problem was.
@Axwage, @Melusca, if you guys have a similar issues where this, or some place where a new decoration was added and it’s not showing as a star with new content, that may be it. Try the punching bag if you haven’t already.

I also saw that the DLC items more akin to tools (grenade, flash…) from the new thematic wall are priced accordingly. 500-1000 merces.
Yeah, there’s another decoration that also has 3 seats, so if you put them together it makes a little theatre with 6 seats total. You can sit in all of them!*

Glad you got sorted in the end. I had the same issue and thought I bet that was it.
The last patch added a new section to the weapon wall in the Safehouse.
It can be filled with the DLC items. All the CelebrET pack ones. And the three pistols from the Trinity Pack.
Meaning all those items were also added to the Freelancer mode since last week.
It’s neat.
So this is gonna be annoying for my 100% item collection, hopefully they’ll change it to a generic pack and make it available to buy in the future (free for the ones who already had the disruptor pack ofc).
I’ve got a strange feeling the Disrupter items will be returning in the future, especially with them now being included on the weapon wall.
Is a bit odd that they’ve locked the items behind the DLC, when the New York and Haven Island locations aren’t locked out in Freelancer if the DLC isn’t owned.
There is some precedent with the Makeshift & Graffiti packs, so I can kind of see why it works like that. Especially since those are items and not maps.

So turns out that in addition to the “All Freelancer Tools already owned” greyed out on the Supply Crate.
(fun fact: the "pick up syndicate to continue the campaign will have my 500th Leader. Employee of the Year here I come. In two years. Tomorrow evening.)
If you have everything the vendors also have a special “out of stock” notice. Also greyed out.
And they will not react to you, keeping to their idle animations they usually take when someone is in the area.

Looking around the Safehouse today, there is definitely potential for another weapon wall to be added 
There is loads that could be added here, Ducky Sniper Rifle, Classic Fibre Wire, etc 
except when you have everything except the new DLC stuff so you have to take in a regular weapon and leave it behind in order to have the option to buy the new DLC stuff from the supplier in the next map … when you complete a showdown, be sure to bring that weapon back so it’s not a reward … i used the 75R since most levels have it
