Can someone tell me ALL the changes added to Freelancer with the Season of the Splitter update? Every time I log into Freelancer now, Diana is telling me I have new things to decorate with, but as far as I can tell, I’ve accessed them all. So I don’t know if this is just another mess-up, or if I’m missing something.

Apparently, I needed to re-start the game 3x then the display case appeared on the wall you both indicated.
The 2 pistols I’ve bought so far appeared in the case so no losses.
(only 1 pistol remaining to buy as I haven’t purchased the other DLCs so no other weapon will be offered to me).

Your post is a bit imprecise, but I suppose you mean that you returned while carrying a shotgun and an AK47? (one carried on 47’s back and other in hands, or one weapon on 47’s back and one inside an attaché case). SMG depends on which SMG as some are one-handed.
Returning with two large weapons should not cause a crash, but carrying more than your capacity limit (shown in upper left corner of screen, such as “Gear Capacity: 11/10”) has been reported by other players as possibly causing a crash.
Try Diana47’s advice in this post.

As far as I know:
- Introduction of the Outstanding coin in the tool.
- Introduction of a new display case (with guns and tools from the CelebrET’s DLCs + the three trinity firearms - black, red, white).
- New decorations for the safehouse (in the living room and outside) related to Christmas and Chinese New Year.
- New decorations in the safehouse related to Splitter DLC (possibility to transform the gym into a cinema screen room + new decoration outside - a statue of someone doing a splitter).

I tried the method by leaving the game and it worked!!!
Where specifically outside and inside the safehouse are the new decorations focused?
Inside:
- in the living room (near the fireplace).
- in the gym (almost everything inside has a new element).
Outside:
- the decoration outside (where you can install a hot tub w/ the Disruptor DLC).
- the tree near the terrace (just by the safehouse’s door - the new element allows you to get fireworks from boats floating on the lake).
Don’t recall somewhere else.
Damn, those are the places I checked already. So I don’t know if I still missed something, or it’s just making Diana repeat her dialogue.

If that’s her “more home improvements added” quote you’re talking about, it’s just a random line she says, there’s no correlation with any new decorations you unlocked (she’s been saying that to me nonstop for months).

It’s not random, she only says that when something new is unlocked. It might repeat a time or two if you look at the item and then end up restarting, resetting it, but she doesn’t repeat it and just start saying it randomly. She has only ever said that to me when I actually have new decorations added. Once I look at them a single time, she stops. Always has. This is new, she’s repeating it after having seen them all and having completed the campaign I was on. If you’ve been experiencing this for months, then we’re either missing something, or one of the changes is making it so she isn’t recognizing that we’ve already checked them and she doesn’t need to announce it. Maybe I restarted and don’t remember it and she isn’t registering that I’ve looked at the new decorations. I should shuffle through them again.

Could be that the game thinks whatever DLC I don’t have yet is “newly unlocked” then :x

I believe you are wrong. I have returned to the safehouse many times and heard Diana tell me I have new decorations, even when I’ve already tried the new cosmetics out.
Same here, just recently I got her message, and it was my bathroom upstairs that had a new tub I didn’t redecorate. So you probably have something you’ve overlooked.
Hmm, well sounds like I need to run around my house a bit more and see…
On a side note with the DLC’s and the decorations - There are so many areas in the house that barely has any options. Like the front door where you have 2 choices.
I hope future DLC’s will give the rest of the house some love. The gym/recording studio/home cinema has more than enough stuff for now

Yes, but has that been for the life of Freelancer, or only recently? Because I’ve been playing it religiously nearly the entire time, and the only time she says that is when you have unlocks that you haven’t checked yet… until now.
I feel like Freelancer has had this kind of bug before though right?
I’ve only ever prestiged once (or maybe twice?) But I remember when getting to the last 10 or so items, often at times suppliers would have very little to no inventory of weapons I’m looking for.
They offer a set variety of tools and weapons, usually one melee, a pistol, an assault rifle, a Sniper, you know. But often times they wouldn’t have any pistol despite needing like two of them.
Must be some weird way the game dictates how ‘generous’ it wants to be with items available?
I recently did a mission and bought an Oil Canister from a supplier, then found another Oil Canister in a supply crate in the same level! Didn’t think there could be two items at once!
No, I have not done that. Worth a shot.
AFAIK Travis never promised them. His words were along the lines of “we’d (I’d?) like to bring them to everyone”. Unless he said something else at some other point that I’m not aware of, “promised” is much too strong a word.
Try the Gym area and check to see if you’ve checked all the new decorations for where the punching bag is. I missed that the other day and there was the 6 seater that I missed.
Yeah, this is a really good idea to be fair. I’m glad with this recent update, we got the Chinese New Year & Xmas decorations themed for both the living room and outside, it was a nice change! 
Like you say, hopefully we can get some decorations for other areas like the garage, new balcony seat/items etc.
