Patch fix for the missing Freelancer weapons is now live for PlayStation 5
Think weāre still waiting for the rollout on Xbox, which should hopefully be rolled out later on, or hopefully by early next week

Help me with one thing. Why do I take my weapon from storage before showdown and after showdown it just disappears?
It shouldnāt disappear. It goes back to your wall. After every showdown your inventory is empty and everything is back to where it belongs in the basement.

I just donāt want to Prestige until I know that thereās no more content/unlocks coming as I just have this vision of a unlockable suit or something being hidden behind requiring a certain amount of Merces Something very similar related to Freelancer where the Black Bruiser suit was hidden behind beating a Hardcore campaign.

On what though? At a certain (relatively quick) point you have absolutely nothing to spend it on, provided you dont do prestige which i dont.
Having way more options to spend your merces on is something this mode really needs.

Have you tried to do prestige speedruns (from no weapons to full wall)? That could be interesting to planify getting all the free weapons, although the last few weapons unlocks are probably gonna be a bit too random :x
or the suppliers could sell disguises that are available on the map ā¦ perhaps you carry them around in a briefcase until you need them
Get ready for that unlock that I can just see coming, which will be hidden behind requiring a certain amount of Merces!
You can bet your life Iād hit the Prestige button and something would get announced!!
How about adding an option to allow us to bribe lookouts?
