I totally agree with this. Hopefully it’s something that’s considered in the future

If you are playing on PC and have the Freelancer Variations mod, you can wait for Miami to spawn in the version that features the Undying (or force this by disabling all other versions of Miami). The Concept 5 and other weapons can be found and collected in the room where the Undying meets the blue-dressed scientist.

I wish in freelancer, they would allow it via explosive or something

So both are nearing completion.
I also realized after getting to 10 I’ll have to get all the items one last time

When you got to level 10 did you still collect all the weapons?
Because they award the final Challenge for reaching 10 from 9.
I’m about to do the same.
The only thing left is level 10 and
I have 480/500 so 20 leaders left
That’s it.
Once I hit both Freelancer is complete.
I don’t know if I’ll have all the weapons collected once that happens.

Yes, I collected all the weapons, but I decided not to go for level 11. I think it was around my 85th campaign or something when I hit level 10 prestige. I decided that resetting my weapons again would only slow my progress towards 100 campaigns at that point.

You can Prestige endlessly, but after level 99 it starts to mess with the display.

Did they change it?
It used to have a greyed out prompt to move to Level 101, but it would never activate, even if you had all the items again.

I plan to stop at 10. Unless new challenges are added to Freelancer, it will be the last challenge I complete for the mode.

I’ve only ever seen people pass level 100 through illegitimate means, so I am not sure.
This would be cool, with more Safehouse cosmetics 
When the optional objective says Explosive Kill, but doesn’t specify a Remote Explosive or Proximity Explosive, both of which require an actual bomb, but it’s just plain Explosive, do propane tanks, gas canisters, and sabotaged stoves work for these? Or do even these have to be with an a dual explosive device?
Everything counts for explosive kill. So basically you could bring the oil canister and just shot it for it to work. Or use some gas canisters.
