Although, you could collect only from crates until all other weapons have been collected, and with the money you’ve saved up in the process, could then buy all the remaining weapons with only about a dozen visits to suppliers, no problem.

Traceless is SA + all bodies hidden
Phantom is SA
Shadow is “don’t get spotted” but not SA
Stealth is “no bodies found” but not SA
Clean is “no non-target kills” but not SA
The others are awarded when you break any of the previous 3 conditions, I don’t really remember the specifics though

Technically they’re the same, the bodies are just hidden in one and not the other, the ultimate result is the same. But yeah, it’s better in the sense that there’s truly no sign that you were there until after the mission ends.

i guess there is other conditions related. i did a task which i hided all body in box, got Phantom, another task which also hided all bodies, got traceless. previous one i did not detroy suvillance.（Challenge is SA. i got SA . i did not catch by camera. i just did not destroy it.）
i am not sure is it related with suvillance.but i am 100% sure both tasks i didnt have record.
BTW is there any hitman discord？
It’s currently the hardest one to achieve (excluding non SA ones with specific weapons or actions) so you could say that?

Theres a mod that turns the train into a passenger train, fully functional in Freelancer. If only companies and modders would cooperate, because it looks sick!
Technically it is, yes. 
I believe ‘Traceless’ is where no bodies are found due to them being hidden etc, so there’s no evidence of 47 even being present in the mission. I believe ‘Phantom’ is where 47 wasn’t caught, however, there is some, but very little evidence he was present.

It’s just another gameplay layer over SA, it’s not really tied to evidence against 47. You can kill and hide all targets in Sapienza while blowing up every vehicle you come across and shooting Bartolis all over the place, but as long as nobody sees you do these things you’ll get Traceless. Kill and hide all targets but one, and eliminate that one with a falling object, even if nobody finds the corpse and you remain unseen while not doing any KOs, you’ll get Phantom.

I suspect there are other conditions at play. For one task, I hid all the bodies in boxes and got Phantom , while another task—where I also hid all bodies—gave me Traceless . In the first one, I didn’t destroy surveillance cameras (the prestige challenge was Silent Assassin, which I achieved). I’m certain I wasn’t caught on camera in either task; I simply didn’t destroy the devices. I’m unsure if surveillance affects the outcome, but I can confirm no recordings were made in both cases.
I’m absolutely certain that in one of my contracts the prestige challenge was “Silent Assassin, No Firearms,” and I ultimately the “Clean ICA Assassin” title. Therefore, it’s possible to achieve Silent Assassin while earning the Clean ICA Assassin title.
This seems weird, did you like get seen by one of the targets? SA rules are a bit different in Freelancer, similar to H1 when you can’t regain SA if you’re seen by the target and then eliminate them (but it should normally have failed the SA prestige objective if you selected it?). Without a video of the mission I’m just making a wild guess since I don’t know what you did differently exactly.
Getting seen by the target doesn’t always invalidate SA, either as a prestige objective or final ranking. I haven’t figured out the pattern.

you can watch my whole run, the prestige objective is SA-Suit Only, i did it perfect, did not get seen by anyone, but i got Clean ICA assasin. the playstyle at the end is 清白ICA刺客 in Chinese, Clean ICA assasin in English.
Maybe showdowns work differently? This seems strange but it seems the only logical explanation :x
