Device: Lenovo legion go (handheld)

My Hitman keeps crashing during any mission, sometimes after 3 minutes, sometimes after an hour. AMD driver timed out is the error message. Due to that I play on a legion go I can’t downgrade to the driver that works for many people as a solution. I tried many things like turning all settings down, disabling overlays, use -dx11 and -dx12 in steam launch options, but to no positive results.
Anyone have knows a solution or something i can try?
