I’m so happy about this joke character that i have decided to include him in my profile picture
Also Fortnite chapter 5 season 3 wrecked will have a fallout collaboration
While on the topic;
IGN with a good opinion piece here on why not having another male asian samurai protagonist is actually a good thing.
I find comments saying that Assassin’s Creed Shadows is a missed opportunity to represent even more Asian protagonists embarrassing. As an Asian man, I don’t want to see us have the roles we’re expected to have. I want the roles we’ve not had before. I would love for the next Alan Wake-style horror game to have an Asian protagonist, or for Star Wars to follow in the footsteps of The Acolyte and have an Asian lead.
It is worth noting that I would take anything from Bounding Into Comics with a huge grain of salt. They are a what amounts to a reactionary blog that exists solely to harbour axe-grinders and talking heads from pop culture media spaces.
Noted.
True, true. Though in terms of the gameplay and non-fantasy setting, none are really in the same/similar vein as AC, at least as far as I can tell (aside from GoT), or are not on PC, unless I’m missing some ![]()
Wish I’d share your optimism there (my faith in Ubi’s writing and design choices has decreased dramatically over the last decade). Like I mentioned, the Portuguese angle could be an interesting one in this regard. I do hope there is a good justification/reasoning (story-wise) behind this choice and you are right in the end, but indeed, we will have to wait and see.
why did the jonkler get Jason Voorhees and agent smith as backup is he intelligent? I suppose at least the hockey thing makes sense now
New favourite armour it has capes for Democracy and Stone
A few things to celebrate Minecraft’s 15th anniversary if you search Minecraft on google a little grass block button appears and after you click on it you can break the search results
Finally I can avoid re:chain of memories while on the go.
Aw man Eurogamer was like, an actual outlet. They are about to get enshittified hard.
Are they doing the Embracer thing - buying lots of companies and ultimately laying off lots of people?
The article mentions Outsidexbox (who made a lot of content with Hitman). I hope that team can stay together.
Microsoft is doing it’s best to make me not want to switch to W11 any time soon or ever ![]()
I don’t use windows.
But I seem to remember hearing that current window really pushes to default saving things on their cloud services.
Putting the two together it seems uneasy privacy wise.
Edit: according to the article, the save are local, and can be curated with a “do not capture” list. At least for now. Wouldn’t trust Microsoft though to not change it later on. Even less with the current trend of “we will ask permission later” in tech.
I think I had a program doing that back when there was no Shadowplay. I mainly used it when playing GTASA Multiplayer. I think I was able to configure what applications have to be active for it to screenshot them (and only them).
If that really remains local and I can configure it to be limited to certain things, I guess it would be neat to have. But not per default, just a program you can use when you need it.
Also I don’t get what AI has to do with that.
It’s news like this one about W11 and future OS’ from Microsoft that made me jump towards Linux ![]()
I wouldn’t trust them with anything they promise these days

Yeah it becomes harder and harder to keep things in Windows under control.
My PC is not W11 ready and I currently aim to get a new one when both the new GPUs and 3DX Ryzen CPUs are available. Maybe until then I make up my mind if I really need Windows to game or if a VM is fine too.
Depends on what you usually play. Thanks to Valve’s Proton, many games are playable on Linux straight out of the box on Steam. There’s also Lutris and the Heroic Game Launcher that lets you download games from GOG / Epic.

It’s multiplayer games that have a certain anti-cheat protection that are causing serious problems and can even get you banned ![]()
