Good that I don’t play multiplayer. :upside_down_face: Besides Minecraft at least.

But with a new PC I would play through a backlog of rather modern titles this one here is too weak for. Like Cyberpunk, Horizon Forbidden West or Death Stranding. Sure some few retro titles too but I think these are easy to run. Surely not harder than on modern Windows.

Linux Mint also has a version that’s based on Debian but the only reason I’m stickin’ to the Ubuntu version is for the Nvidia Driver Manager. While I don’t mind copy-pasting commands in the terminal to install it, I heard it’s a pain to update it that way

i’ve heard a lot about arch being difficult, why is that though?

I believe the entire installation process is done through the Terminal, no fancy GUI there. I guess same goes for installing apps :stuck_out_tongue:

This is probably fake. The 16 billion is chump’s change for someone like Valve / Steam, not to mention MS paid way more for Activision Blizzard not to mention the legal battle with the FTC.

This reminds me of that one time when EA wanted to buy Valve. :grimacing:

Looks really not innovative. Should at least call it Team Fortress 3 but I think they are scared to release a game with 3 in the title. :stuck_out_tongue:

A bulky robot and a blue-skinned female sniper reminds me more of Overwatch than Bioshock.

Besides HL: Alyx, all Valve games made after Portal 2 were just that, not innovative. Just chasing trends that can make them an easy buck. At least people saw through this with Artifact and Dota Auto Chess (which I always forget even exists).

I don’t think I ever played the first Space Marine from 2011 (despite being a big Warhammer 40k fan) and PVP does not interest me much, but the coop stuff looks pretty good to me:

The Rogue Prince of Persia is out in early access. After a small delay.
It looks good.

And as a consequence, even if it’s jury-rigged, so is the soundtrack.
(It slaps)

I’ve been looking forward to this one!

Playstation’s yearly Days of Play promotion confirmed, May 29-June 12.

Save 50$ on PS5 consoles
Save 100$ on PSVR2 and Horizon VR Bundles
Select PS5 titles in-store or online (they mention 20$ off for select first-party titles lmao)
(I’m assuming this is all in USD so there might be some good regional deals with price conversions)

Plus, of course a big sale on the PS Store, along with some 24-hour flash sales that’ll appear throughout the promotion!

And PS Plus Subscription sales, but they’re handling it in a scummy way…

New/Returning subscribers can earn up to 30% discount on buying a yearly subscription.
Current subscribers can get a 25% discount to upgrade to Extra tier, or a 30% discount to Premium tier, only for the remainder of their subscription period.
Apparently they don’t like people stacking sub years with discounts anymore, since I’ve heard they also had this limitation in last year’s Black Friday sale… dang…
