Wow, I guess they’re doing a Skywalker Saga type thing, and this might be a massive compilation/adaptation of the Dark Knight’s cinematic history?? Very cool!
Also with some Arkham video game inspirations too, neat.

Also was that MATT BERRY as Bane?? YO???

Damn that all sounds pretty cool.

Nice that they’re going for their own adaptation of the stories with original voice acting, so they can sneak in their own jokes and references. I’ve briefly seen the Skywalker Saga does that kind of thing too, which is neat.

After recently playing the Force Awakens game, man, I just do not really like their movie-adaptations stuff ever since they switched to voice-acted characters.
The sound mixing for the lines ripped from films is always really inconsistent and barely audible most of the time. Clearly they had to isolate the dialogue themselves instead of getting a better raw file from the film crew, but yeah, just mehh…

Also it feels like with every game they get more buggier and with game issues. I know I experienced a few in TFA, even two progression-halting ones meaning I had to restart the level!
They took a long break between whatever their last one was and Skywalker Saga, so I hope the devs were under less crunch or that game is a bit more polished, since I do feel bad for them, it seems like they just keep moving on to the next game and that’s what caused these issues…

A little disappointed if I am being honest. I was kind of hoping TT would continue expanding the LEGO Batman games until they gave up and called it Lego DC.

They really don’t seem to like anything from dc besides Batman anymore the most they do for dc now is just Fortnite styles and the single yearly superman set

You’re telling me, WB would rather die than let Batman stop taking up everyone else’s oxygen.

Dying Light 2 just got an update that completely changes the stamina system for parkour. (It sounds like it’s basically completely removed?)

Unlimited Parkour
In this update, we are refining the stamina system to enhance the core gameplay experience, particularly focusing on combat and evasion dynamics. Players will now find that parkour actions no longer deplete stamina, allowing for seamless disengagement from melee combat, even when stamina reserves are low (the only exceptions are the Dash and Dart parkour skills).
This change will make navigation more fluid and enjoyable, positioning stamina primarily as a combat resource. You’ll now have the full freedom to explore Villedor the very moment you enter the city! However, to maintain alignment with the existing mission progression, stamina will still be required for parkour activities from the “Pilgrim’s Path” quest — after the player is bitten by a Volatile — until an inhibitor is used near the end of “Markers of Plague”. Additionally, stamina will continue to be a crucial resource for combat, underwater swimming, and using the paraglider.

Just… all parkour options??

Kind of interesting, since I think some stuff like Losing Stamina while holding onto Ledge needed to go, since it was a major hindrance in exploring the map (and climbing towers which are stamina-level-locked where the first game was not) but… this sounds extreme? Not even making this a setting toggle like the gravity physics one?

It’s like they are doing their best to see this game fail.

Aw man they are trying to use Silver Age fanservice to make me buy their game.

Also where are the artists credits?

First time rainbow Batman has been playable in a LEGO game without being a invincible character so I don’t have to feel bad about using him yay

The lack of artists credits are weird but maybe they will be added before the game comes out since it’s still being developed and

Also i think the game looks really good
