As of now, it’s just from “sources familiar with the matter” and Trump himself…

According to Trump, he’s been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday afternoon.

I hope they throw very possible charge at him in every indictment case going against him and give him the maximum for each charge.

AP News has a scan of the indictment, for people that wants to read it.

List (and description of the documents) at pages 28 to 31.
The two documents that are more talked about are :

  • 11 - No Marking - Undated document concerning military contingency planning of the United States
  • 19 - Secret/Formerly restricted data - Undated document concerning nuclear weaponry of the United States.

Also, fun fact, multiple of the NOFORN documents are rumoured to be about France.

Edit : I genuinely recommand reading the indictment, the document is very digestible, and presents while explaining the details.

It’s worse than I imagined. He is so screwed. These are not little nothing charges like one could argue that his Manhattan charges are by comparison; this is super serious shit. And more is still to come. I truly see no way out of this for him other than a judge giving him super light sentences, and even that’s a stretch at this point. The bastard may have a hundred or so charges by the time Jack Smith’s other investigations are done and the Georgia indictments come down. This is incredible.

Heisenberg, if you want the penality sheet for Donald Trump is page 46 to 47. (granted, none have mandatory minimum terms of imprisonment)

The US provided a fifth of the budget of UNESCO, but stopped in 2011 after Palestine became a member of the organisation, as it became forbidden under US law.

The US quitted the organisation in 2018.

In December 2022, the framework to be able to send to the organisation the financial participation was worked up. As participating in it was an obligation to be able to reapply for membership.

And now, rejoining UNESCO is open to go.

It’s motivated by the growing influence of the People’s Republic of China.

Nice. Baby steps when we should be huge blinds from where we are, but a good start is still good.

Some of you might remember that recently NATO looked into opening a liaison office in Japan, a proposition that was shut down by France.

Apparently NATO is still looking into ways to enhance its collaboration with Asia-Pacific region. So Australia, Japan, New Zealand and South Korea are currently preparing bilateral cooperation documents.

In short, it seems that those country are going to upgrade from “partners across the globe”, and enter the “Individually Tailored Partnership Program”.

And coincidentally, such enhancement of partnership will be better implemented by putting in place an office in the country.

And for those that want to look more into it, here is NATO presentation of its partnership tools,

Donald Trump has been arrested and arraigned. He pleaded not guilty on 37 charges and was released.

Co-defendant and soon-to-be historical footnote Walt Nauta also pleaded not guilty.

Things are getting worse for Tate as his charges have now been upgraded to “human trafficking in continued form”, essentially this means Romania believes Tate’s trafficking was effectively an organised crime rather than a series of criminal offences.

I’ve been pretty ignorant of the news lately… Why exactly did France shut the proposal down?

France are worried that it might agitate China and Russia and that members of NATO were not given proper time for considerations before announcing it

The move of directly opening a liaison office in Tokyo is seen as too aggressive against China. Which is why you currently have this diplomatic game of wording and presentation.

As to why France did that. My guess would be that we still have interests in the region, so showing independence of spirit is necessary. (Also we still haven’t fully pardoned the Australians and the US for the submarines contract. It’s a whole thing.)
