Has anyone managed to make Montgomery talk with the real club owner?
i dont think its possible. even when Rolf is in the room when the Agents come in, he doesnt react
But Iāve listened to their entire dialogue in the files

Maybe you have to dispose of the bikers that are with him, so kinda like doing the opposite of when you meet Montgomery as 47
knock him out, they go to the roof, then get someone to wake him up and then make the call?
Nah, the call will only make Montgomery know 47 is in the office, probably just have to wait for him to come by himself
Maybe if you raid his safe heāll notice itās open or something and make the call himself.
Yup so, Montgomery goes to talk to him once heās alone

I know Montgomery can come into the office on his own and approaches Rolf to speak to him, but I donāt know if they actually have a meeting. (Since I interrupted them with a distraction as they started talking, knocked out Rolf and stole his disguise. Had I waited maybe something would have happened.)

When Montgomery comes the first time you can hear the most interesting part of the dialogue, then heāll just do his cycle and come back every time but their dialogue isnāt important then

Technically not true, 6 agents were alive but pacified when the first line came through.

Yeah, that line triggers once everyone is dead, with the exception of the ICA agents, as pacified/ dead seems to be one and the same here.
No, but this path was an available exit. I can only assume OP scared someone into running up there, but if @Ninefaps thinks otherwise I can investigate.

Nah it was the same npc the other guy found last, probably just ran there, not sure why she sat down though lol. Also, at this point, iām wondering if āSOMEONE PICK UP THAT EARPIECEā might do something if you leave one to pick up for AFTER she rants.
p.s. also experimenting with Rolfās room a bit, if you lure him to the back room the guards leave, no need to pacify him. Heāll have a talk with the agent about how grey died. got 5 agents pacified in his back room now, lol.
