I posted this in the Berlin channel on the discord but will share here in case it’s something.
The NPC overlooking the dancefloor (technician, is usually smoking) will prompt you to give them an item if you’re wearing the bartender outfit. Sadly I was only in a state where I had just started the mission and didn’t have whatever item was missing. UI didn’t tell me what he was expecting (juice ticket maybe? but it’s very strange for that to be asked for here) - There’s no penalty for walking away from it either.
It’s very hard to get them to prompt you for the item as they like to stay in their smoking anim, but if you make them suspicious and change their behaviour (they’ll hold a cup instead), you can get them to switch states. It’s wildly inconsistent to trigger, which flagged it as a potential ‘secret’ in my mind. I’ll post a vid a bit later if anyone’s interested
If you photograph the UFO graffiti by the club’s side entrance, then go to the payphone after completing the objectives and punch in 1993 (the numbers on the graffiti) you get abducted by aliens as a secret exit and it plays the X-Files theme.
Never disturb a Birds nest, the female might abandon the eggs due to being stressed. This is clearly an illegal action and one would think 47 would know better.
That’s the one. It’s difficult to get them to behave the way you want. I was taking a lot of photos, moved upstairs and back quickly, and went into an area of suspicion (tech only zone), when I returned they were looking at me with their hand out and a prompt to give them an item.
I’ve seen him move, take some drugs and wash them down after pacifying him and letting them find him. Maybe we hand over the drug found from the bike outside or something.
I also want to see if i can interact with the two drug hoes in the toilet as the dealer, lol.
Do you know roughly where he moves to, i just returned to find him gone. I didnt ko him, i just legged it from that 1 target i think, maybe he was spooked by that.
right up the stairs towards the bar area , or i’ve seen him doing so down the stairs near the chick that seems like she’s in charge when you throw stuff around but ignores you when you bump into her. the pink hair. Might not be a specific location but a distance as they’re both about as far.

Ok so im stumped. I have 2 autosaves (now manual saves). These were :39 and :45 past the hour. At :39, i was dressed as the dealer, with 3 bird eggs, out by the eye-in-a-birdhouse-thing. Around this time mows image appeared, conversation started, and i headed down to find him.
As i recall it, i simply went there and he wasnt there, however in the :39 save, i run down and he is there as usual. In the :45 save, he is not there and I am on the dancefloor looking for him. Ive waited a while for him to return and he hasn’t. Ive searched the immediate area (bar etc) and not found him.
But regardless of where he is, what on earth did I do to make him move? If i lure him as dealer, he simply returns here again.
Maybe enter ‘1982’ into the payphone then return to the roof with the bike and ramp (possibly in hooded delivery guy disguise?) to see if anything has changed?
I’m sure something happens with the dealer now, in my 4 hour long save file collecting everything i can not trigger any interaction with that tech guy, i went on a murder spree and the dealer dropped ‘medicine pills’. My guess is the guy near the entrance will eventually get his bag, then NPC’s will start passing it along a certain order.
Anyway, another tiny easter egg in a way, killing all 10 agents and then everyone else on the map, then going back to the bus station and killing a girl sitting there, Jiao goes nuts and like ‘for the love of god anyone!!! i don’t even care who anymore someone just pick up an earplug and reply!’ i was hoping i could… send her a message… lol.
