IOI is so cheeky bruh
With all the bottles around it really does feel like the molotovs were meant to be craftable. Perhaps at that bench that gives you a makeshift explosive?
I tried combining whisky/vodka bottles with newspapers at it, but no luck.
Crafting possibilities and countless of items that really indicate that a battle royale mode is possible especially in such small map.
The many green-lantern ships at sea make me think of the hidden “Flying Dutchman”. Hmm…
It definitely feels like there has to be some kind of pirate exit easter egg
Okay, you all hear the cat meowing in this hut, right? Or Do I hear voices?
I shot the Maneki-Neko and it vanished into yellow air. First I thought this is where the meowing comes from, but it remains after shooting it. I can also hear scratches.
Maybe there’s a cat trapped somewhere?
Scroll up a bit, the cat teleports around the map. Found 2 and 3 so far
But where does the meow come from? Is it coming from the Maneki-neko or is there actually a “real” cat?
I wish to go and help on this “missing cat poster find”, but the only indication of where the second and third cat are is your post.
I appreciate it, but I can’t find them on the pictures. They are just not helpful, sorry. In game sure, but here I just can’t.
Is there more detailed information. To hop on this EE hunt.
The 3rd is at the bottom center of the image, a little to the right of 47’s leg. No idea regarding the 2nd pic.
It’s just the audio cue for the maneki-neko. In which I believe is glitched as it should be moving with the next spawn (or at the very least, not play when you shoot the first one.)
I placed them in the middle of the picture.
Yeah most likely couldn’t stand the heat.
Thank you, found them.
For anyone else, currently we have :
- first one is in a hut in the village
- second one is on a ruined arch, after the rope bridge
- third one in the shrine, in the hand of the carved figure
Ok. Get your sniper rifles ready. I noticed that there are those small little golden bells inside each of the buoys located around the sea of Ambrose Island. Shooting them causes the light on each buoy to flicker rapidly. Investigation in progress
Shooting the buoys anywhere makes it flicker so the bell shouldn’t matter
A few of the ships surrounding Ambrose Island have Octopus graffiti on them.
There is also an inaccessible hut in the village, by the boat that you can drop. It looks like there is some kind of party going on inside, windows are blurry but you can see the flashing lights and a disco ball.
The sand castle on the beach is worth keeping in mind as well, it could be tied to an easter egg.
I think the gold idol triggers an EE, but how???
Edit: Somehow I think that you have to do first the challenge “A Pirate’s Life For Me” and after that there must be a location where you can place the golden idol to get an secret exit or something like that. I am 100% sure there is an secret exit. Maybe the Flying Dutchman from SpongeBob picks 47 up with his ghost ship.
Edit 2: Second Theory: There is perhaps an hidden area where you can use the GPS-Tracker. Maybe the Flying Dutchman will appear to pick up 47 and take his gold idol away. But to trigger this, you must first dress as a pirate and take along every item of the two treasure chests and then you have to kill both targets with the sword. It can also be possible that the targets first have to take the coins, which were in the treasure, before you kill them.
