It works as intended for me. Maybe just restart the PC (you surely did by now). Otherwise you can send me errer logs if you have new ones via DMs.

Same here, I cannot run H3 (Steam) in online mode when using HCCE. Which really sucks since I wanted to use it for my submission to featured contracts 
I tried replacing the HCCE files with the latest version but it changed nothing.

I can’t find any error files in that folder, only “contracts” and “data” folders, and the only files in there are .json files, missionitems.json, repository.json and a few ones names after old contracts that I made with HCCE
Okay, then no error was written yet on your machine.
Did you reinstall Fiddler at some point meanwhile? If yes, show me the HTTPS settings in Tools → Settings.
I don’t think I’ve ever reinstalled Fiddler (but it could be that I did and I just forgot about it - I have version v5.0.20211.51073 for .NET 4.6.1, dunno if there’s a more recent one?), here are the https settings anyway:

Not really, as soon as I launch Fiddler the game disconnects :x

Currently at least three people cannot connect to the servers with Fiddler running.
I try to find the issue as certainly it works for some others.
If you want to submit a modded contract to be featured but fear to miss the deadline (Thursday), I can try to create it in time if you post all details (targets, their locations, exact conditions, complications, title, briefing).

Thanks for the offer, even though I already submitted my contract - ultimately I decided to rework it so that it wouldn’t require HCCE and I’m quite pleased with the result, so it’s no longer a concern for me.
Still, it would be nice to be able to use HCCE again when you figure out what the problem is, as I’ve got a few other non-featured contract ideas that would require it

For at least one user this does fix the game suddenly no longer connecting with Fiddler running, when it did before:
Click on “Reset All Certificates” and confirm every question you get asked.
Apparently Fiddler certs can bug out at some point.
