This my friend, is the Hitman 2: Silent Assassin KTEnhancer mod. It will facelift everything in this classic Hitman game from textures, to lighting, to animation tune ups, fixed grammar and punctuation, real life weapon names and descriptions, to even customized sounds.

I guess he was using AI to regenerate images. There’s no Mod Coming.
He has released several mods in the past, so I don’t doubt this is an actual mod. Unfortunately this is kind of a pattern, where he announces some kind of “huge” mod then goes silent. I believe I’ve been following this Hitman 2 mod for several years, on the last forum even.
