The Speedboat Key is now illegal to pick up in all disguises. It’s meant to be legal in all disguises to pick it up, as it has been for years before this point.
By making it illegal, it effectively makes the speedboat exit useless in most circumstances because many NPCs will get alerted if you try to get it.
