What kind of clowns at ioi believe this is acceptable to release something in this state and believe we are going to pay for it? Description: After finishing the VR Tutorial, the game automatically starts the Dubai campaign mission and cutscene in Hitman 3, despite the very first Campaign mission being accessible to all. (“Arrival” ICA Facility, which does have VR support!)
Description: The Interact Prompt to sabotage toilets near The Black Gold Bar area and the Main Atrium has been shifted into the windows/wall respectively.
(I cannot cause a distraction with these since 47’s hand cannot phase through solid matter. Impressive collision in VR though!)
(It’s more difficult to see without VR depth. The Interact circle is supposed to be about the same size as my hand. It’s currently at least a foot into the wall.)

Description: the writings on the plywood walls at various stairwells now float an inch and and half away from the wall. Very strange and noticeable up-close.
(I could not get my head closer to the ‘wall’ at a better angle otherwise the game displayed a black screen)
In the VR Controls Tutorial, you can soft-lock yourself from progressing.
Description and How to replicate:
If you throw one or both Silverballers across the table from where they start, you cannot progress, since (as far as I tried) there was not way to manually respawn them, and an invisible barrier keeps you from going around the table.
I was stuck on the “Holster BOTH Pistols by reaching down towards your hips” while I had accidentally thrown one pistol away from me.
The tutorial would not move on by holstering just the one pistol in either slot. It required a reset.
The prompt to interact with this door now sits too high. When you use the key to unlock it, the animation is now misaligned and 47 shoves the key into the wall.
You’re not gonna see it unless you’re on an OLED screen, but Hitman isn’t taking advantage of the OLED screen in the PSVR2 Headset. Black should be pure black, the pixels should be turned off.
The opening VR Tutorial starts you in a black void. But really, it’s more grey. It creates a very obvious “screen door effect” some games suffer from due to being able to see all the visible pixels up-close.
2nd picture, I have the PS5 UI up, and you’d see a Pure Black square in the middle of the screen, with Hitman behind it coloured in grey.
It’s just kinda immersion breaking given how I know what its supposed to look like, but it isn’t being displayed effectively.

Description: Goldballer’s model is wrong in freelancer. First picture is goldballer in campaign, second one is in freelancer. Go fix it already. This is the THIRD time I made a post about it.
Steps to reproduce:
Go check it in campaign mode. Then compare it with the one in freelancer mode.

From the particles sent when shot, it’s presumably a plant. Possibly a consequence of the new Cherry Tree Easter Egg added in the latest patch, 3.220.0, March 27th.
Im not positive whether it was Sapienza or which sniper i brought before because not the first time, but just now i was in alerted Sapienza (not showdown) with ghost 300 and i had all my items but the snipy briefcase no matter how long i waited or looked around and i spawned in 47’s room so its hard to miss.
Only able to partly comment regarding your final remark (“Not sure exactly when this started.”): I’ve heard casters, during Roulette Rivals matches prior to current update 3.222.0, say that competitors can lose SA during the Chonqin L3 dongle exit’s cutscene so it’s been a possibility.
I hope IO changes it so once the cutscene begins, events cannot impact your score (i.e., the now-corrected car-running-over-tourist-in-Sapienza exit bug).
When looking though a sniper scope at maximum zoom at a large body of water, all of the water will despawn. It seems to be related to the angle you look at the water, as for instance I saw it higher up in Sapienza but I didn’t see it at sea level. I tested a wide range of snipers and it seems to apply to every one of them that have multiple zoom settings.
Locations: Sapienza (all four mission variants), Hawke’s Bay, Mumbai, Ambrose Island, Isle of Sgail, Haven Island. I didn’t observe it on other locations with water, but it might apply to those missions too at certain angles.
Steps to Reproduce: Go on World of Tomorrow with a sniper rifle, aim it at one of the boats in the water from a high level such as the ICA safehouse roof or the top of Caruso’s mansion, and look through it at maximum zoom. At a certain elevation the water will noticeably despawn. I noticed it while aiming at the boat which has the bells for the Kraken easter egg.
The “Little White Lies” challenge is completely busted. This challenge requires you to “Assassinate Zoe Washington during the interrogation” via electrocution.
However, the challenge pops if anyone dies via electrocution in the puddle in front of the chair. Even if the mission story scenario isn’t playing out at all.
Yes, they somehow deleted both the runtime for the Splitter SMG and ancestral pistol I was told, so they straightup cannot be brought into missions and can cause some infinite loading screens.
