Description : Launching the game either from EPIC Store, desktop shortcut, or program folder, the game won’t open. Instead it just opens the EGS window.
Steps to reproduce: Launch game, press Play, watch it open EGS.
Frequency : The game was working fine for a day, now I cannot open. I have tried all the recommendations I could find including updating NVIDIA drivers, verifying, running as admin, reinstalling both the game and launcher, disabling firewall, and a few others. Have not been able to play the game for the past 2 days.
Description: Although I already have discovered all locations, the progress stucks at 27/29 and thus I can not get the achievement for passing the challenge “Discover Chongqing”.
Steps to reproduce:
Start the game
Load the Chongqing mission
Check the map (all floors) multiple times if there is still a left discovery icon
Tried different starting locations, difficulty levels etc.
Description : Mastery level 20 impossible to reach. The mastery level somewhat have reset but the challenges have not. This makes it impossible to reach mastery level 20 even if challenges are 100% complete.
Look at the image: ALL challenges are 100% complete but I am only at level 14.
I did have my progress carry over from Hitman 2 (steam) and I have played the game just a little bit before the transfer. Since, it could be done only once, it is impossible to reproduce.

Description: Game has crashed twice - once in the gardens, once in the mansion. The program itself doesn’t crash which would then allow the PS5 to generate a user report, it simply freezes requiring a restart

Description : I get an error every time I complete a sniper mission. Profile level increases, unlocked challenges and feats appear as unlocked/completed from the menus, but their mastery level does not increase. Error is shown in the attached image.
Steps to reproduce:
Start the game
Complete/finish any sniper mission and the error pops up just after the cut scene. Rating screen does not come up.
I return to the main menu, and you can see that the game is in offline mode (I have a stable internet connection and do not get any disconnection errors during the play-through).
Note: Pressing the Retry button does not solve the issue, the same error message pops up again.
Frequency : Every time that I complete any of the 3 sniper missions.
I have the latest updates for the game & console installed.
Description: Apperantly, doing all the escalations grants you the imperial with gloves, while its also unlockable through the escalation. Not sure if a bug or intentional, but definitely wierd.
Auto-aim function not working properly. It will constantly either aim slightly off the NPCs body or to some other object entirely, like a door 20 feet away in another room… I’m not trying to shoot the door.
Multiple headshots needed for a kill. (Might be auto-aim related)
Bullets simply pass through NPCs sometimes. (Might be auto-aim related)
I’m running into a similar problem as these other two reports, but it doesn’t need to be the 10th agent.

Mission: Apex Predator
Description: The game will crash when killing or incapacitating one of the ICA agents. Agent Lowenthal in two separate cases, and than Agent Montgomery. In the case of Agent Montgomery, I had incapacitated 3 other targets, and some number of other non-targets. All non-targets were placed in crates.
Description: Having a bug on Mendoza where after Eliminating Don Yates (electrocuted in his garden and saw him taken out with a body bag) the objective is still incomplete. I finished the rest of the mission and when I try to exit the map, the game crashes to desktop after briefly trying to load the mission complete screen.
I’ve reloaded saves and looked around for Don Yates and he (or his body) is nowhere to be found.
This was a Silent Assassin, Suit Only run so it took a lot of time and it’s frustrating for that progress to be lost. Should I keep my save around in case it’s fixed?
Upon completing the mission it will disconnect me from the servers and refuse to reconnect till I go back to the main menu where it will reconnect no problem. Challenges and feats still track but yiu can’t get your score/upgrade your rifle

Description : No audible dialogue for Royce during All-Seeing Eyes mission story from, at very least, a distant location. And then no audible dialogue between Royce and Hush during confrontation on Lotus Passage.
