Location: Chongqing
Description: Loading a save after failing the ICA Board Member Background Check always triggers Olivia saying you failed it. This line doesn’t finish because the loading screen cuts it off. Happens in all locations and saves in the same run where you failed the check.

Game freezing/crashing during gameplay which force me to close the game app and sometimes get error code ce-108255-1 which close the game down on it’s own and send me back to the playstation ui

If you knock out Tamara Vidal inside the freezer and then trap her inside she will magically reappear outside of the freezer.

Description : Several issues regarding achievements and challenges.

Dubai: I have reached mastery level 20 but the Playstation trophy for it won’t unlock.

Dartmoor: I have the challenge for discovering all locations complete but the Playstation trophy won’t unlock.

Dartmoor: I have the challenge for completing all three story missions complete but the Playstation trophy won’t unlock.

Mendoza: I have the challenge for discovering all locations complete but the Playstation trophy won’t unlock.

Mendoza: The challenge to collect the three wines won’t unlock. Originally I had 2/3 collection progression, then got disconnected from the server, and now it won’t accept the third wine. I have tried restarting the mission and restarting the game but nothing allows for recollection of any of the wine toward the challenge counter.

Description : Cannot complete challenges where camera usage is required - “Nothing as it seems” and “Voyeurism”. Took a hundred pictures of both from different angles, openly and while hiding - won’t trigger the challenges.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Load the Dartmoor mission
- Try to complete the abovementioned challenges

This worked for me too.
I think this post deserve more visibility. Because is a temporary fix for glitched trophies.

Description Completing World of Tomorrow does not unlock the trophy. Same applies for the mastery and Paris mastery which does not unlock the trophy either.

Description: Kashmirian missed shot on Vanya Shah after completing hit on Dawood in normal fashion. The meeting with the foreman was ongoing normally, but when the Kashmirian fired his sniper shot, nothing happened (Vanya still alive). He just proceeded to stand there doing nothing afterwards.
Frequency: Occured one time only for now

Description : Cannot complete challenge “Estate Wines”. Wines do not count towards completion after first one.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start the game
- Load the Mendoza mission
- Try to complete collect the wines
Frequency :Always (reloaded several times, did not help)

Cannot switch the camera position, pressing the stick does nothing.

Same with PS4, at least on my PS4, can only switch camera position when aiming.

Add “shoot Alma through the skylight” to the list of challenges that are not unlocking. It’s a pretty simple one, so doubt I could have screwed it up. Tried multiple reloads and weapons.
