Hitman 3 bugs introduced by the March 30 Patch.
NEW INVENTORY & UNLOCK BUGS
1) I am unable to unlock the Remote Semtex Demo Block MK III & the Sieger 300 Sniper Case because I completed the Tier 3 & 4 challenges for Featured Contracts - Track 2 before the February Patch.
Some players (like myself) replayed the featured contracts located in the ICA Facility, which counted towards the Track 2 challenges.
Before the February Patch corrected this, replaying these contracts 40 times would complete all of the Featured Contracts - Track 2 challenges. Problem was, Tiers 3-5 were missing unlocks at the time and therefore rewarded nothing upon completion.
Even though the Remote Semtex Demo Block MK III was retroactively added to the Tier 3 challenge & the Sieger 300 Sniper Case was added to the Tier 4 challenge, both unlocks were NOT retroactively added to player inventories who had already unlocked these challenges.

However, observe how the associated unlocks are missing from my inventory.
2) The inventory images for the Taunton Dart Gun & Sieker-1 are glitchy. They are corrupted or somehow accidentally linked. They appear to randomly share the same image when viewed in the career inventory menu.

Sometimes both weapons use the Sieker-1’s inventory image.
Other times, both pistols use the Taunton’s inventory image.
Old Hitman 3 bugs still present after the March 30 Patch.
UNLOCKABLE EQUIPMENT BUGS
1) Claw Hammer & Jaeger 7 Covert are missing from location mastery, escalation rewards, and featured contract challenges. They are impossible for new players to unlock.

2) Tier 5 for Featured Contracts - Track 2 is still missing its reward.

INVENTORY MENU UI BUGS
1) The inventory image for the Masamune uses a generic katana. It should be updated to reflect its beautiful in-game model.

2) I’ve reported this for a couple of years now, but the Small Goldbar is STILL incorrectly placed as the only melee item in the Gear section of the Inventory Menu. It should be organized next to the other melee items in the Weapons section of the Inventory Menu like it is during missing planning.

Now observe how the Small Goldbar is the only melee weapon in the Gear section of the Inventory Menu in the Career Tab, which is WRONG:
3) The inventory images for the ICA Remote Explosive MK II & ICA Remote Explosive MK III are incorrect because they don’t resemble their unique in-game models. As a result, it’s hard to tell them apart in the inventory menu at first glance.

4) The Number Six With Gloves has the wrong inventory description. It’s reusing the one for the Ashen Suit With Gloves.

5) The HWK21 Pale is still missing the “Steady Aim” attribute icon when viewed in the inventory menu.

WEAPON PERFORMANCE BUGS
1) The ICA Woodsman Rifle Covert & The Golden Dragon sniper rifles are both listed as having the “Piercing” attribute but neither can penetrate bodies. This was listed as fixed for the ICA Woodsman in the March 2021 Patch Notes, but this is wrong and both rifles still need to be fixed.

2) The Druzhina 34 ICA Arctic no longer has the slow-mo ability, but the weapon still has the “Marksman” attribute listed. I believe this was done in error after removing the wallbang ammo.

3) There are several melee weapons that are missing their sounds when you attack an NPC. After extensive testing, these are the buggy melee weapons that emit no audible noise when used:
- Antique Curved Knife
- Meaty Bone
- Sacrificial Knife
- The Black Almond’s Dagger
- Handyman Wrench

IN-GAME MISSION BUGS
1) Pushing Robert Knox onto Sierra Knox’s car results in a “Non-Target” kill and voids SA. This is the “Tree Falls on the Apple” assassination challenge which worked correctly in Hitman 2. Here’s a video of the glitch.

2) During the Ark Society, Lucas Grey is missing during the cutscene that plays when selecting the Harbor starting location.

3) During the Gilded Cage, the Prisoner disguise is missing its hood.

4) Agent 47’s head constantly clips through the hood of The Arkian Tuxedo on every map.
[ PATCHED ]
5) The White Shadow Suit from the Deluxe Edition has several unique “attributes” which significantly changes its behavior compared to the other starting suits. I don’t know which of these are intentional and which ones are bugs, so I will list all that I’ve encountered:
- Cannot be frisked. [PATCHED]
- Unable to use invites to enter invitation-only areas. [PATCHED]
- Turns all of Hokkaido into a Hostile Zone. [NOT A BUG]
- Reduces Agent 47’s total health. [PATCHED]
Whatever IOI decides to do, I want to emphasize that the ninja-related NPC dialogue is simply wonderful. And if the suit is tweaked, I hope the ninja dialogue is kept.

6) The Exit Music has trouble playing when finishing escalations or user contracts on several maps, especially if you exit quickly. This most prominently occurs on Miami’s user contracts.

MISSION MENU UI BUGS
1) All three Bonus Missions for Hitman 1 are labeled as “Seasonal Content” in mission planning instead of “Bonus Mission.”

2) After finishing “The Final Test,” there is no next mission on the debrief screen to continue the story (even when H1 & H2 are downloaded). “The Showstopper” should be suggested next to continue the campaign.

3) On the stats page, the little rectangle-like shapes that represent your mastery level become unlit after you unlock 100% of the challenges for that location.
