Has anyone ever been successful moving the install directory of the Epic Game version of HITMAN 3 without having to redownload everything?

Pretty certain I’ve been 100% successful doing this with every other game I’ve moved in the past.
HITMAN 3, on the other hand, never works. I follow the instructions exactly. After it verifies it starts at 0% to download and install everything.
Perhaps there’s a sweet spot of how much should be downloaded past the 2-3% initial download that is suggested?
