Hitman 3 launcher won't open

Hi, I’m having trouble launching Hitman 3 from the Epic Games Launcher. After clicking “Launch,” it shows “Running,” then “Launch” again, and so on.

I’ve tried a lot of things – below is a detailed list of the steps I’ve taken:

Reinstalling the game on three different drives – each time, the same result: the game won’t start.

Clearing the Epic Games Launcher cache
Deleting the folder:

Deleting the game and launcher configuration folders

Running as administrator

Restarting the computer after each change

Checking processes in Task Manager

Additional information:
System: Windows 10 (tried Windows 11 and it didn’t work)

Graphics card: AMD RX 6800 (updated drivers)

Game purchased from Epic Games

Other games work fine

If anyone has encountered a similar problem and managed to resolve it, please help. I am willing to test any reasonable method.

What worked for me was:

Open Epic and go to your library. Click the 3 dots for Hitman 3 and then click Manage.
In the window that pops up, add -skip_launcher in the Launch Options:

that bypasses the launcher altogether and just runs the game without it.

still not working. i am doing this for 3 days and i still can’t fix that, do you have any other advice?
