HITMAN 3 - Modding Thread

Hi, I need some help to start modding, can someone reply with a link or type in, a step by step modding guide to alter textures. I’m looking to edit apparels, looking to start from simple stuff like editing the labels and colors of stock outfits / modded outfits.

I am good with Blender and other tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. But that’s it. I have zero modding experience. I have altered a lot of GTA textures previously using OpenIV and related tools. But when it comes to Hitman, my only modding experience is downloading some mods from Nexus and managing it with SMF Mod Manager.

Forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong thread/ section and please guide me to the right place.

Complete noob at this, but how would one go about taking a disguise used in one mission and using it to replace a suit? I understand if I’m stepping in a bit over my head on this one

New remake et images, this 'll be update for Remake ET images

Hello, thanks for showing me tutorial. But when I tried it, the .rpgk I wanted it to create wasn’t created. I wanted to replace Signature Suit with model of Bradley Paine if that can help.

Hey guys I have a question and a request, if possible.

My question is:
Is there any mod, that restores the original interface? I really dislike the extra loading page whenever I want to play. (When the game loads, you get to the featured window, instead of choosing between freelancer or storymode)

The request for a mod:
Is it possible to make freelancer offline? I mean if it’s possible and would work like storymode when offline, I’d be happy…(no chalenges, or unlocks or whatever, only acces to the campaings)

Have a look at Heritage UI. Maybe that’s what you want.

No, it’s not possible right now.

Is it possible to do basic map editing? Like adding more props?

Impossible, can’t be done, definitely hasn’t been done in multiple mods

I like the sarcasm. Alright then, where do I get started then? Which programs should I use?

G2WwiseDataTool v1.0.0
G2WwiseDataTool is a CLI application which can be used to export SoundBanks and Events from a WWise project into files compatible with Glacier 2.

Just out of curiosity, it is possible to assign or change sound files for weapons or items? I myself sort of doubt it, though I’m far from an expert.

Yeah, you can change which events they reference in the runtime template for the weapon/item and now we can even make our own custom events which play custom audio with the tool that I just released.

I was just wondering, because though I’m not a modder, I was hoping maybe someday someone could mod some of the weapons into sounding “better”, such as making the assault rifles and sniper rifles sound like rifles by swapping sounds around (like make the Concrete Assault Rifle sound more like an auto rifle rather than a SMG, or even given the AR552 a slightly beefier sound as well).

I have a question. I have the headswap mod for Grey from @WINNODD for all clothes from Hitman 2 and 3, but nor for Hitman 1. Is there a possibility to make it work for the clothes in Hitman 1, too?
