Hi all

Platform: PC Windows 10, Epic Game Store, digital

Description : After start blackscreen program just shooting down. I don’t see any error messages while it happens. System reboot, or set all options to minimum, or checking files in Epic Game program, or uninstall-reinstall program - doesn’t solve the problem. Epic Games Support didn’t find any problem in their logs or my DirectX modules and they tell me to write here. What should I do to luch the game?

Steps to reproduce: Install the game, reboot PC, start Epic Game Luncher (or start Hitman), press Start in start window.

Frequency : Always

Still having the “Unable to connect” issue on my Xbox One X almost two weeks after the game’s release. Can’t play for more than 3 minutes or so without the “disconnect” noice coming up and then it’ll reconnect maybe 1/3rd of the time if at all. Is this ever going to be fixed? I love your games but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Platform: PS5 (Disc)

Description : Startup the game. It begins connecting to the server, then a message shows up saying: “Connection Failed. Unable to connect to the HITMAN server. Failed to fetch online resources from the HITMAN server.”

Steps to reproduce: Try to connect

Frequency : Always since Jan 27 7am PST

Same issue but only for Hitman 2. If you download the Hitman GOTY for free from the Xbox store you get the H1 levels.

Standard Pass for H2 still shows as full price, even when accessing it from the Hitman 2 game menu.

I’m having a big problem here… I went back and did the hitman 2 challenges that give unobtainable items in 3, for the carryover process. During the carryover process, I guess there was some sort of error and my “summary” page was BLANK! I didn’t realize this was a problem and confirmed the carryover… So I lost almost everything and this is killing my motivation to ever play again… And it’s giving me a panic attack… Is there ANY way to fix this? I got the Tactical Wetsuit, Bat Shurikens, Claw Hammer, Jaeger 7 Covert, the Santa suit, the Winter Festival Suit and the Ice Pick before the carryover and they are gone along with ALL my mastery unlocks. The only thing I kept was the Aluminum Briefcase, which I think is odd…

EDIT: After restarting my console a few times I got a pop-up telling me my Carryover Process was completed. This got my hopes up. But upon checking, all of my items and unlocks are still missing…

platform: base ps4

Description: every time I select a mendoza contract I get an error message that reads “unable to load requested menu, please retry or contact IO support” and then it kicks me offline. I can create contracts and I can play the story mode just fine it’s just trying to play the contracts of others is when it does this.

steps to reproduce: search for a contract on mendoza(doesn’t matter what requirements are selected) and it should do that.

I’m really at a loss for words. I’ve tried deleting my IOI Account in order to force another shot at the transfer, but that didn’t work. I think it’s tied to your console account. I seem to have messed up my “status of existing import requests” page because now it just says “No Import Tasks Found”. Although my Carryover site still tells me “No eligible HITMAN 2 accounts found.” I really really hope this doesn’t impede with any attempt to fix this by the devs, if that’s even possible… I feel lost.

The same for me. I tought it was because of I got Hitman 2 on disc, but it looks like others who bought it digitally neither can play it.

I had the same issue with Hitman 1 Access pass, it would say I own the pass, but nothing to download.

I found a solution on Reddit (I think). Close the game. Do not go into the store. From the main Dashboard, hit Y (Search), then search as normal to the access pass. You get a different menu, and it should say “Install All” at the bottom. Click that.

Hi. I’m a user from Ps4, from Spain. I have a problem, which is the next. A few of days ago I bought Hitman 3: Standard Edition, as a digital game copy. All ok, but when I wanted to download the Access passes from Hitman 1 and 2 I couldn’t. In the Hitman 3 shop, when I wanted to access to the Access pass feature it said what shows in the photo attached: ‘it’s not for sale or no longer available’. But the strange fact is that if I go to the game complements (or DLC’s, sorry for my orthography) the access passes appears as installed, so I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried to download them by a web browser (not directly by the console, so I couldn’t) and they gave me an error, which is what shows in the photo of below. I’ve tried to restore licenses but nothing works. Hope you can help me.IMG_20210202_155236|375x500

Platform: [PS5 Disc - Standard Edition]

Description : I can’t access any of the Hitman 3 Missions 2-6. (I can play and and finish Dubai only) When selecting any of the missions It says “GET ACCESS” The message says “This content requires an update. The content will automatically start downloading when you are online” There’s nowhere I can update the software or download.

I am connected online to the servers

The first day I think you have install already Hitman 2, if not this things happen I guess

So i have to buy hitman 2 again?

I think if you don’t have installed yes , if you don’t have the console can’t find the game

The launch day I have 1 and 2 installed and apart of a few problems in carryover everything is working

I can confirm a day later that the missing items and progression have still not shown up… I guess that means the ball is in IOI’s court :confused: this is so heartbreaking
