Branded a traitor and hunted by the Agency he once served, Agent 47 returns to iOS and Android this autumn in Hitman: Absolution.
Building on the success of 2023’s Blood Money — Reprisal, Absolution is the compelling next installment, shining a spotlight on Agent 47’s character and revealing that he is more than just a number.
Stealth meets modernised combat to make ‘going loud’ as satisfying as keeping to the shadows — turning each of Absolution’s 20 missions into an assassin’s playground. Sleek touch controls offer 47’s trademark precision, and, for the full AAA experience on the go, gamepad and keyboard and mouse are fully supported.
Following the mobile release, Hitman: Absolutionwill arrive on Nintendo Switch in late 2025, with native Switch 2 support to follow in 2026. More details on the Switch versions will be revealed later this year.
So, suit up, straighten your tie and prepare to step back into the highly polished shoes of Agent 47 — pre-order today from the App Store for $14.99 / £9.99 / €12,49 (regional prices may vary), or pre-register on Google Play.

I wonder if the game, like the PS4 release, will be impossible to reach 100% completion.
Unlocking every item is part of 100%, but they didn’t remove the requirement to unlock items in Contracts mode…

Not true. I got the platinum I think in the first week if I remember correctly.
I think you are confusing it with the PS3. I also got the platinum in there too.

Getting a platinum trophy and reaching 100% in-game completion are two different things.

I was hoping Feral would drop another Hitman remaster on Switch.
I wish it was any game but this.
I’ll buy it though, even if it’s just to increase the odds of a better one releasing next

Seeing that shot of 47 on the thumbnail for the trailer just brings back those 2012 vibes to the build up to the game.
Good times!

You know, I think I finally understand @MrOchoa now more than I ever have in my entire time on this forum.
They will shovel this PoS onto every single platform but the first game in the series languishes in like PC obscurity hell.

So you are saying stadia was the best modern console because it didn’t have absolution?

No, because the Stadia wasn’t a console. It was a game streaming service.
This comment just shows how much Google wasted their money there.

All evidence points towards it.
