As part of my fundraiser mod - Blossom Fest - I’ve made some in-game treasure hunts / geoguesser type things with easter-eggs as a reward!

Kind of looks like this is in the sewers in Sgail. Will try to locate this later.
Don’t currently have my PC to check but seeing as this still hasn’t been guessed (unless @djsojus was along the right lines with Sgail?) I’m guessing this is the ‘colonial ruins’ area of Ambrose Island… 
If not, any more clues @Floople?
I thought I knew where it was, but had the game uninstalled. Now I got a chance to check and turns out I was right.
It is Ambrose Island ruins, just not the main complex taken by the Militia, instead it’s the piece of ruins next Pirates compound where Akka likes to hold face-to-face business meetings.
Now it’s my turn!

Dubai, toilet in staff room. Nearby are two security guards in white uniforms talking, kitchen and window that can be opened using your camera.

That’s right! I picked this due to the obvious juxtaposition of a smart toilet in a messy bathroom, it’s the only such combination in the game
