A-OK, I hope the picture loads in properly, can’t access my PC rn.
No problem.
I found the location, but did not find the ability to stream my game from Xbox today, so we have to make do with… this method.
@thefixer47 can have the turn, I kind of pity him after his bad guess last time. /j
That was really fast! I thought I was being sneaky with this, I usually walk past that thing with no look back. Good job though!
I’d say that it was pretty slow, since I had to wait a while before I could get on the game.
Where you failed on that aspect was letting us see the background. Showing the sky means we can immediately dismiss the caves, and so just have to look for the ruins that have access to the outdoors and clear areas.
The picture itself is also (for me at least) immediately recognizable as Santa Fortuna, which means that I only had to check one map.
(The plants, rock color, carving, stone color, and lighting all revealed that.)
All of this combined meant that all I had to do was enter the forest area of the map, and run around in areas that open to the sky looking for carvings. If you want to do a more difficult one, perhaps try a picture that is indoors, so that people can’t use the light to immediately rule out most maps. You may also try more obscure, less recognizable objects to focus on. Or you may try more generic objects that, while recognizable, don’t immediately give away the location because of how much they are reused on various maps.
For an example of a more “generic” location, look at this earlier post from another user.

The use of the washing machines in the pic, along with it being an indoor pic means that unless you recognize that specific arrangement (which is not likely) you now have to check every map with washing machines. The location used was also one that most players never go to, adding to the challenge in identifying the location.
(I realize the crate could be used to narrow down the options, but this was just a quick example.)
True, thanks for the feedback! I’ll be sure to remember that next time
Way too late response:
Yeah that’s it. You never did mention that it’s in one of the cabins in Ambrose Island though.
Kinda surprised no one else found it.
Well I felt that my pic made it obvious, and also that most people have noticed that computer.
I’ll post my picture. Someday.
Just kidding, today or tomorrow. I have a all subject test tomorrow so I had to study and didn’t have time to play.
If you tire out of waiting, I’ll understand.
You know what? I never had imagination for this, someone can take my turn.
Is the bottom left one there the World Tortoise? (It’s also called the “World Turtle”.)
I believe it is.
20myths
If I were to give any super vague hints… Look at the top middle picture.
Oops. Bottom right is a parachute. Not a… whatever.
Edit: Okay. Maybe this…
The only thing missing is a Vitruvian Man
It’s official, Tetrafish is telling us that the spot is in Hokkaido, Sgàil, or Haven because that’s where Jason Portman is.
You’re getting close.
Icarus flying too close to the .
We could say that Icarus applied his bird disguise with wax.
Just like a guy got a bird disguise by giving someone a few “whacks”.
Miami, Robert Knox’s office, where they are working on androids, and where you get pic of Mark Faba in The Undying.
Oh… I somehow managed to miss it the past 7 times I went in the room because I had glare on my screen from a window behind me…
Also it was not in any of the 3 rooms that BradleyPaine mentioned. :3
Edit: Here’s the “Vitruvian Man” that Tetra mentioned.
(If BradleyPaine thinks they still deserve the turn, they can take it.)
It is Knox’s office. He has the allergy to dry air and that’s also where the thermostat is so his eyedrops can be poisoned in the bathroom down the hall.

Not to “Ackshually” but… It is above the room where they’re working on Androids. The scientists in the room near the location are (I believe) tracking vitals on Sierra Knox.
I’ll say it’s right aside from one small detail or misunderstanding of what the scientists were doing. So, your turn @BradleyPaine if you’d like.
