Hey guys, new to Hitman (well, kinda). One month ago, I realized that there were many contracts in the trending section that showed that there were missions in different locations, but somehow, the mission location in the dashboard shows ICA Facility. Now, as a person who plays the demo and has no money to buy the full game, this was a delighment for me. I was just wondering, are there any more contracts like these that may or may not be present in the trending sections but contain locations like Paris, Berlin, Marrakesh, Dubai? I already have the contract IDs of Kevin M Rudd. Hopefully, the game devs don’t see this and this glitch stays for long (even though it has been a long time since these contracts were made). Another thing, I am on PC (Epic) (Geforce Now)
I am almost certain @Kevin_Rudd was the only source of these contracts, mostly on Epic, none on Steam. They also cannot be made like that anymore.
The purpose was also not to bypass ownership but to explore what is possible with modding contracts.
The ability to list a contract’s location as somewhere else still exists I believe (I’ve seen others do it), the ability to make contracts on missions that do not have contracts mode is long gone
And I did it because at the time Freeform Training was impossible to show on Contracts Search, so only way was to punch in the ID; I hoped that would stop it from going to Top Trending, get noticed, and getting patched out. Worked right up until I screwed up the location and an ET showed up on trending, then they patched it out the next month lel
Thanks for your reply, but I am not talking about elusive targets contracts only. I am also talking about contracts of “non-targets” that you would find in missions if you have the full game. There are some creators who made these types of contracts. A fun fact is: all the IDs start with 1-99 and end with 96. I don’t clearly know if that bears any significance except that contracts of XBOX end with 96. Are there any creators who made such “non-target” contracts of different locations? (Excluding Sapienza, Mumbai, Whittleton, Dartmoor)
Damn. Well, thanks for the info. By the way, you also mentioned that you saw some contracts that gave side character targets (police,worker) of other locations, showing ICA facility in the dashboard. I saw that the IDs for all those missions start with 1-99 and end with 96. As far as my knowledge goes, missions ending with 96 are for XBOX. So, that got me wondering, is that a glitch too? And if you can or want, can you (if available) provide some IDs or website links for IDs that don’t have ET missions like your one mission: The Deceptors, rather they just have polices or workers or just random pedestrians as targets. I just want to experience as many locations as possible for free. Again, thanks for the info.
Then years later, one of the contracts ended up in a Featured Contracts batch.
And was initially impossible to beat since the exits didn’t activate.
