When this heat finishes. Only one more mission needs to be eliminated to end this round. I’d rather just do one thread at a time, don’t want to spam the forum with multiple threads.

As soon as I can post it, either in the next couple hours before I go to bed or after I get up again. It’s a new round so everyone can vote today even if they already vote for this heat today. I’ve already made the thread, just waiting to be able to post it.
It’ll be Hitman 2 missions. 21 missions, 9 will need to be eliminated to move onto the next round.

It’s just the fact that Hitman 2 has so many more missions, 21, compared to the 13 in Codename 47. I’m trying to have roughly above half of each game’s missions qualify. The next round will be quarter finals, so it has to be divisible by 4 per game.
The way I’ve figured it out:
C47: 13 missions > 8 qualify
2SA: 21 missions > 12 qualify
Contracts: 13 missions > 8 qualify
BM: 14 missions > 8 qualify
Absolution: 21 missions > 12 qualify
Hitman (2016): 16 missions > 8 qualify
Hitman 2: 15 missions > 8 qualify
Hitman 3: 7 missions > 4 qualify
Absolution includes the sniper pre-order bonus.
Hitman (2016) is the 8 main missions, the 3 bonus missions, the 4 Patient Zero missions, and 2 holiday missions.
Hitman 2 is the 8 main missions, the 4 special assignments, and the 3 sniper missions.
Hitman 3 is the 6 main missions and the upcoming Easter holiday mission for Berlin.
Also need to decide if I should include the Halloween escalation for Hitman 2. Don’t know if that should really be included like a holiday mission. And also I would personally include the holiday mission for Hokkaido in the Hitman 1 bunch, even though it came out only for Hitman 2 and probably 3, but I think it makes more sense to shove it in with the rest of Hitman 1 maps.
This would lead to 4 quarter finals. Each quarter final would have a quarter of the qualifiers from each game, grouped together by a random number generator. This would have 17 missions per quarter-final. 10 missions would qualify each quarter-final. The 2 semi-finals would have a clean 20 missions each. Each semi-final ends when 10 missions qualify. Then the final would be the final 20 missions.

Yeah, that makes sense. Personally I don’t think the Halloween escalation should be included. I mean it is fun and unique, but still an escalation nonetheless…
Hokkaido holiday mission among the H1 ones would also make sense, but there’s plenty of time to decide on that.
I wonder if we’ll get any more/proper bonus missions for H3 by the time the game reaches that stage… And if any of those will utilize the older maps (which would make the Hokkaido decision a bit more tricky).
