Hitman small updates/improvements :)

First of all, I wish you a happy new year!

I would like to leave some suggestions for improvement for the Hitman WoA game, as I have already played for almost 400 hours and I think it would greatly improve the player experience and bring more realism to the game:

  1. Implementation of a ‘photography’ mode - basically, this means that the player could capture a funny moment that occurred at a certain point in the game. This tool would allow us to ‘freeze the game’ and take a photo of that precise moment! The camera would have zoom in/out, right/left, 360º rotation and other tools.

I think it would be fantastic for sending to friends and creating content for social media!

  1. Implementation of a mission demo review mode - This mode would basically allow the player to understand, for example, what went wrong in a certain mission. There are cases where we want to play the game in a specific mode, for example, Silent Assassin and Suit Only, which is extremely difficult, and there are times when the targets are killed but only after 5 minutes are they discovered, and sometimes we can’t identify why, or what we did wrong! I think it would greatly increase the productivity of content creators!

  2. Regarding pistols, when they run out of bullets, I think it would make everything more realistic if they could be used as a throwing object, like a screwdriver, fish, crossbar, and so on. I think it would make perfect sense, because in real life this happens, even in several films.

  1. Don’t know what platform you’re playing on, but PC has Ansel photography mode with an NVIDIA GPU, I’m sure AMD GPU has it’s own same tool, and you can use built-in Windows Xbox tool. For consoles, I’m sure there is a few tools exist also, the very primitive of which is 47’s inventory camera. You can pause game with it and take screenshot with console tools. Not best alternative, but it exist and usable.
  2. From my perspective it would kill the idea of Hitman itself. The game built on replayability model. So you can play missions indefinitely, explore in real conditions, learn, experiment etc. If you’re playing a mission for a first time you know nothing about it. So you’re playing in a demo mode already one may say.
  3. This is an old constanly discussed topic. It’s a good use of used gun, also it could’ve worked as a melee even if it’s loaded. One could have used it to knock out NPCs just hitting them with a grip

I like number 3 and it reminds me of the opening of Casino Royale. I believe it’s a mechanic in the upcoming Bond game First Light too!

PC and I have AMD. I record my videos there, but I dont know if I have in AMD the same tool as NVidia :confused:
The screenshots are not good if I want to take a picture from a certain angle…

@IOI_Artjoms I don’t really know where else to say this, but ever since New York and Haven released, their respective post-mission cutscenes never had their little blocks released in the menu. In case you accidentally skip it, or just want to watch it separately. Also, they’re partially out of date. I think one of them ends with a “To be continued…” that never got removed
