Hitman WOA: The Sarajevo Six Campaign Thread

I forgot that you couldn’t save on these on PS4 or in AnthonyFuller’s PC mod. A long time ago I changed a line in the mod from “EnableSaving: false,” to “EnableSaving: true,” and it has always worked perfectly fine in combination with Peacock.

I’ve been playing around with the missions a bit lately that I’m so used to being able to save that I’m hoping I haven’t shot myself in the foot if saving isn’t enabled next week…

His entire entourage (of like 5 elite guards or something) like to keep following you even when sick, so they’ll lose their sick status if they’re alerted somehow. It’s brutal. Only real way to do it is with a sniped accident from the water tower.

In 2016, there was a bit of instability (a save would just always crash), I just kept it disabled.

Challenge accepted. I’ll just have to take them out one at a time, isolating one and luring them to an area where I can do a corner grab and subdue and stuff them into hiding spots until he’s alone. If that doesn’t work, I’ll figure something out. With all the equipment we have available to us and my familiarity with the map, if I can handle Freelancer, I can deal with this guy’s pack of nannies.

Here’s the catch with that though,

They are all bundled together tightly and are nearby each other at ALL times, and if your nearby (which you have to be if you’re trying to KO them), the target will tell his guards to go to your EXACT position all at the SAME time, no individually checking it out type shit, they all flock towards you at once, there is no point in which they’re far enough from each other to be isolated and KO’d stealthily.

There is however, one area on the map, in which the guards will funnily abandon the target if you position yourself properly, though you still have to get rid of like 2 people to make it even work.

Emetic dart gun, my man. One at a time.

There’s 2 things that’s pretty cool regarding Morgan:

  1. First guard target.
  2. Has custom guard voicelines.

Some highlights of the voicelines:

  • Hold up. Check your angles! Lock it down and fire on anyone you didn’t eat breakfast with!
  • Hold here! You see anyone you don’t know by face put that fucker down! That’s a goddamn order!
  • Gonna take you alive, pig. Gonna cut a Sigma in you. Right into you.
  • I see you…
  • Hell yeah! Come out piggy!

I say highlights, that’s a fair amount of his voicelines (he really doesn’t have many).

This morherfucker’s taunting is just gonna make it all the more satisfying when I finally get him where I want him and hear the crunch of his neck bones breaking.

I always prefer to throw a screwdriver at his neck and run. :grinning:

It’s never the original plan. Whenever I play S6, I always go into it with the “this time I’m doing all the missions properly” mindset… but then I get to Colorado and remember.

But you only get 2 darts. That can only help so much, if at all. If you’re really worried about getting them out of the way your best bet will be to distract them down into the basement. Get that Sean Rose mask for stashing the bodies into that Rm.

Emetic grenades and other devices exist, too, my man. Besides, all I have to do is thin their numbers before using their tactics against them when there aren’t as many.

So you have his buddies away upchucking. Then what? Distract him to isolate him? He’ll very likely ask any of the nearby guards to check that noise. Emetic grenades… Nah. If you’re close enough to toss something they’re still going to be coming towards you. It might work, but you’re more likely to get compromised. Good luck.

I wouldn’t bother making his guards sick. Unless you’re going for a non-accident kill… Which I guess you are. Hope you have a ton of patience.

I need them throwing up somewhere so I can then KO them and whittle their numbers down. That’s all I need. Even when I run out of emetics, there’ll be less of them and when they come looking I can nab them from around corners. Once he’s on his own, he’s mine.

They’ll for sure override their emetic state if your too close to Morgan. Unless they make tweaks to the Stalker AI before release, emetics aint gonna do shittt when you get up close. the radius in which Morgan switches from his normal ai to the stalker ai is also pretty big, so you need to be a massive distance from him.

If you’re truly determined to make that work, You’ll have to poison them from a far distance while their in their normal state because they only start following you via proxy.

A few perfect sieker shots from really far away and/or perfectly placed remote emetic gas from far away) could possibly work, but even then, the targets normal route is also kinda shit.

Since Patrick Morgan is armed, I’m just realizing something about Scott Sarno (The Director), didn’t Diana say something about him being armed and yet, he doesn’t have a gun on him, could it have been an idea that was patched out? Or did they forget to give him a gun, who knows

That’s fine, that’s the plan anyway. These guys, in their emetic state, are going to walk away from the target, and I’m gonna follow and neutralize them, not the target, rinse and repeat, until approaching him is manageable. I’ll find a strategy to get to him, that’s not even a matter that’s in question. The sole rub is the how. If my current planned strategy doesn’t pan out, I’ll figure out another. It won’t matter in any capacity; his ass is mine.

You seem to forget that this is in Colorado, and the guy mostly walks around outside. If you’re going to KO his bodyguards while they’re throwing up, One, they better be doing it where you won’t be caught, and Two, you better have places close by to dump their bodies. Unless you don’t care about SA and would just rather kill them.

Contemplate and imagine all the scenarios you want, but it’s obvious you don’t know what you’re getting into (yet). This isn’t to discourage you, but a (gameplay-related) warning.

People say he sucks as a target for a very. good. reason. You’ll see.

Hey, but who knows? Maybe IOI will nerf or tweak some aspects of this one. :crossed_fingers: I really wouldn’t mind if they did. He’s a bitch™.

IO will probably have the bodyguards on a buddy system so you can’t easily isolate one or have them carrying those bags used for airsickness so isolating them at all is just impossible.

I never played the S6 but from what I can tell from the rest of you, I very much look forward to @Heisenberg’s frustrated walls of text in a week.

Even that is doable.

Guys, I’m not saying it’s gonna be easy, but it’s not going to be impossible, not with all the changes IO has made to the game since these guys were last around. Even if these guys all move together at once everywhere they go, that means they’d move away from the target too, and we’ve got remote triggered items in our inventory. There is a way to this guy, using cover, distractions, emetics, accident setups, what have you. And I’m familiar with Colorado; as someone who can’t bear to not play perfectly, I’ve spent a lot of time figuring out how to isolate targets and remove NPCs by knowing what objects to hide behind and where bodies can best be hidden, and where they go to puke from what locations. And this isn’t Freelancer where one failure means it’s over without disconnecting and starting again, or ETs that are only around for a limited time. Yeah, I probably won’t be able to save, but if I screw up, I can restart and retry again right away, willy-nilly. However long it takes or whatever tricks I have to do, I’ll find a way to get this guy.
