Some people have reported that Perfect Run is back in Freelancer (I haven’t seen it yet though) and it also seems odd IOI wouldn’t mention something like that either :x

I think they leave out the stuff that are fixes for issues that aren’t widely encountered/well-known for most people to care about being fixed - ie is anyone really going to care about a typo being fixed for example? They’ve never gone through and done a complete breakdown of every little change like other game devs do as far as I can recall. It’s a highlights reel, rather than an exhaustive list.
In the case of “Arrange a Meeting”, it could just be a case of it being only partly fixed so they didn’t want to draw too much attention to it just yet - because as I also noted, I did have one instance where it didn’t work. I can’t think of another reason on why it wouldn’t get called out in the notes given how infamous the brokeness of it was.
Tagging @Travis_IOI incase he wants to give us an official answer on how deciding what does/doesn’t make it to the patch notes works rather than just my speculation.

Edit: I have actually considered doing a large copywriting project for every mistake or inconsistency I find across the WOA, but honestly it’s too much work for me these days.

Then you’ll be pleased to also know that the August patch fixed incorrect spelling of the word “canister” (they had a double n) throughout the game that wasn’t in the patch notes. They even fixed an incorrect spelling of it in Bangkok that had been there since 2016.

Awesome. I mean look I notice these things when I see them, but I don’t go back to see if anything’s been edited.
I also give the team some slack, since they’re not native English speakers. To be fair the entire country of Denmark speaks better English than at least half of the U.S.
I only noticed it because I was the one that reported it earlier in the year, and then I stumbled across the change after the August patch while sifting through the game data the day the patch dropped.

They also fixed an issue where the Silverballers’ description was shared with the regular ICA19; it’s still broken in the career inventory, but it’s accurate in a level inventory.
This is quite curious as the only reason I can think that they’d do that is because I sort-of-kind-of said on my mod page for The Great Big Localisation Revamp, which added unique descriptions for guns and items, that the Silverballers’ description cannot be changed without IOI’s intervention. Kinda caught me by surprise when they actually changed it.
Never underestimate IOI. They work in mysterious ways, sometimes.

Just today I got a 3.02 GB patch for HITMAN 3 on Series X. I presume that this is to do with the startup crash that was being reported at the time of 3.170’s release?
