Had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. Only way I managed to fix it was to log into my IOI Account and disconnect my PlayStation account and then re-connect it to force a handshake with the IOI servers.
Note that when you go to disconnect it will say you will lose a lot of items but don’t worry you won’t. Just disconnect your account. Log back into Hitman and type in your email address and it will reconnect.

Back from the USA event and catched up with the team. They also monitored a lot of the bug reports here (luckily I am not the only IO member reading along) and we are currently working on a fix to adress the issues, that got introduced with the Game Update. Currently hard to pinpoint an exact timing as some of the fixes still need to get solved, but we want to ship it rather sooner than later. I will report the moment I get a date to let everyone know regarding potential maintenance and patching. This will come in hot!

Some people claim their blood effects got better. I personally can’t say anything because I’ve been playing with Blood Complete mod for a while. Maybe IOI was inspired by this mod? Some screens I’ve seen online:
That’s very agreeable. There should be a new patch every month and a half-ish. Basically released alongside the stop-gap roadmaps.

imo IO should be raiding UCP every few months and making everything it holds official at some point. In a perfect world, no fix should have to sit in UCP for longer than 3-4 months because its been officially fixed.
I really love the new blood and wish even moreso for a custom difficulty where it alerts NPCs, but I had another thought while watching Blood Money gameplay: it’d be fun to have bullet holes and blood appear on 47 especially with his regenerating health. He could keep his damage signs even after regenerating and we could have fun trying to make him one big walking gib. Would be fun
Finally they allowed us to choose the main menu music. I cant anymore listen to H3 one, i put H1 one wich is the best menu music of the new ones. And tbh Jesper kyd was the only one to made a music that doesnt make the menu boring.
Arti says there will be a Hitfix™ this week or next to fix all the issues in the patch as well as some other fixes that didn’t make it into the game last week
